Best Western Plus Lake Dallas Inn & Suites

Brought the family for the weekend… Hotel was close to everything. Beds were comfortable and room had what we needed. We all slept late so when we went to breakfast it was almost gone and the kitchen lady didn’t want to accommodate any of the hotel guests that were coming in late so that was a bummer but that was the only complaint. Staff was very nice… I’d recommend and we’ll stay there again.

This hotel was wonderful!! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient location! We have family in Sanger and it’s a wonderful halfway point between Dallas and Sanger. This is the place we will always stay when we visit family going forward. Kudos to Cookie, Romeo, Maria and Sunny!

We checked in to this hotel at 5pm. We were given keys. I was with my elderly parents and theu used the elevator and got stuck in it. It didnt work they had to reset it. We finally went to the room and it was still being clean. The staff member who said she was the manager told us to just sit and waiit in the lobby. There were 2 under 10 years of age kids just walking around the lobby with no supervision. No aplogy from the staff member. The hotel was rundown. I said i cant believe you would try to give us a room that was still dirty and you want us to rust that the elevator will work fine. She got loud and disrespectful, i got loud. I was given a refund to leave. We drove 10 miles to the Best Western Plus on Corporate drive. Where we were treated with dignity and respect. Terrible staff, location and hotel.

The customer service was Amazing! Appreciate Mindy and her staff going above and beyond to accommodate our party. She arranged for my family to have early check in so we could make it to my daughter’s graduation. Thank you!!

Clean, Great maid service!! Decent hot breakfast. Could use a few more healthier options such as fat free and sugar free yogurt and raisins or granola to go with the oatmeal. My only complaint was when a group of kids were starting overnight and they were being disruptive and were not being monitored by a parent or chaperone. They spilled food in the elevator and left it for hotel staff clean up. My one other complaint is that the entrance is not clearly marked and roads in TX are hard to follow on a map because the lanes are shown.

Love this Best Western. Fresh scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. Plus fruit, yogurt and cereals available too. Manager was so helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t get to use pool, but it looked clean. Will definitely stay here when we come here again to visit family.

These days, with good service so hard to find, this place was a breath of fresh air! We stayed the night of 28 July and the gentleman that checked us in was amazing. We are traveling with toddlers, it was late, and he went out of hus way to make sure we had everything we needed! The breakfast the next morning was the best we have had at a hotel in a long time! The lady working in the breakfast area was so kind. When one of our girls spilled her juice, she was prompt to clean it up and refused my help. We will definitely be back when we are in Dallas!
