Staybridge Suites Denton, an IHG Hotel

We rented the suite that slept 7, I arrived with 5 children and it was very comfortable. Loved the kitchen! The breakfast was outstanding and the room was very clean.

The continental breakfast was awful. One morning, we witnessed a child eating directly from the yogurt bowl. Please get single serve yogurt options. The last morning the hotel was very full and did not have enough food. Unfortunately, we stayed in a hotel to take advantage of the breakfast. Very dissatisfied.

Great location for us for an event. Suite was perfect for extended family. Conveniently located to everything we needed. Not walkable given the heat / mainly concrete with mall/ stores in the area. Staff were very hemlock and polite.

We were there for a quick 2 night family trip. The rooms were an excellent size. It came with a kitchen with full size fridge with ice maker and 2 burner stovetop, microwave, utensils, and plates cups and bowls. If you were staying for an extended amount of time you would really appreciate how stocked the kitchen was. The bathroom had fullsize soap shampoo and conditioner in the tub which was a nice treat. I loved how clean our room was and the facility in general was clean also. The pool was nice and clean and the kids really enjoyed it too. I liked that the pool area had clean towels for you to use so you didn't waste the ones in your room. Our only complaint would be that the morning breakfast was definitely lacking and what they did serve was not good! With that being said , i still would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if i was in the area.

When I first walked in there was a horrible smell. I was then told that my room was upgraded to a suit with one kind size bed when I booked a double queen because I had my children with me as well. I was then told that my room couldn’t be switched to a double queen. There were people hanging around the hotel and you could smell marijuana.

We got upgraded to the 2/2 suite! I had no idea they had a room like this. Very nice and perfect for a family! King w private bathroom, living room and a 2nd bedroom with 2 queens and a huge bathroom. We will definitely stay here again, as well as book with Staybridge. Check-in was great and the front office manager Webyner had the best personality and trainee Huck is going to be great.

We chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews, price, and accommodations for a large family. We have two adults and 6 kids. The two bedroom suite was absolutely perfect for our needs. The hotel is extremely clean, updated, and a friendly staff. The only negative we experienced were the phones not working but that was immediately erased when the front desk staff personally walked to our room to check on our needs. She even got the items we needed. The morning breakfast had ample amounts of options for adults and children. We were extremely pleased with our stay and wishing it wasnt for just one night!
