Holiday Inn Express And Suites Denton South, an IHG Hotel

One of the best hotels my family and I have stayed at! All Staff was super nice! Pool wad nice and clean and fun! The room was clean and upgraded. Breakfast was great as well! Def recommend

Hotel called before my stay to ask how many people were staying. Told them that it was one adult and 2 children. They asked if they could change us from a 2 queen suite to a king suite with a sofa bed. I reluctantly agreed and asked for an early check in. They said yes and they would call me. Never recieved a call. Opon getting to our hotel at 1am. We got to our king suite and didn’t have any linens for our pull out bed. We were completely exhausted and had to wait for linens and didn’t receive any pillows. The king bed had some “extra” so we just used them because we were too tired to wait for them. I never expect much from a continental breakfast but this was terrible. The room was at least clean and the staff were nice. I just wish that they would have provided linens prior to our arrival since the two queen beds I booked surely would have had them and we needed 2 beds. It’s not like I asked for the change to a king suite. The room rate was about 75% more than normal because of spring break. I would stay here again, but I’ll keep the room I booked next time.

Room next to me had children laud running and jumping slamming the door did not sleep well Prices. I needed to stay longer but the price went up too much

Best hotel by far! They welcomed my wife’s service dog and honered him just like family.We will be staying here again. We visit Denton often.

The breakfast was fantastic. Michael had great kosher options which is important to our family. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed in a clean facility.

I’ve stay here on different occasions visiting family and will stay again.

The receptionist Cielo was awesome. Juan was a nice worker and Michael in the kitchen was a nice and awesome cooker really My family and me we enjoyed stay in this hotel was awesome

My children attend UNT, and this is my go to hotel when I am in Denton. The staff is “on it”, the place is so clean, beds are comfortable, hot shower with great water pressure, dependable wi-if, nice pool, breakfast, convenient, and right next to Bucee’s!! So basically, everything you would want in a hotel.

My mother and I were visiting for a family wedding. Staff was very accomodating, everything clean and pleasant. Enjoyed our stay!
