Hilton Garden Inn Denton

This hotel staff provided excellent and friendly customer service! Jada was especially helpful! We travel frequently and this hotel was basically perfect. The junior suite is a great layout for a family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly, responsive staff. Rooms comfortable. i enjoyed a cooked breakfast in their lobby with my family before checking out this morning.

We stayed her for one night because my son had a competition nearby. We arrived very late in the evening, check in was very convenient and having a small grocery store in the lobby with a self checkout kiosk was helpful (my kid was hungry but it was so late so having this option was great). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The waitstaff service in the morning for breakfast was top notch! It was a great start to our day.

My family and I were traveling from out of town to attend a graduation and we were given three separate rooms due to the first two being dirty and not properly cleaned. The beds and showers in both rooms had hairs and not cleaned. It’s a shame to have paid in advance knowing the hotel’s end of the bargain was not met. We will not be staying here again.

We experienced the most wonderful and service oriented people at the Hilton Garden Inn in Denton, TX last weekend. My in-laws were with us, and it was my father in law's 90th birthday. Not knowing about a surprise party for him, he was a bit down his family wasn't acknowledging his milestone birthday. The ladies in the restaurant, who had already shown great kindness in helping us with the buffet breakfast before it closed down, heard a friend on speaker phone wishing him a happy birthday, and they asked about it. They showed him such praise and sweet attention, he actually blushed a bit. This just made his day. Their kindness to all of us was above and beyond. Everyone at this hotel was kind and attentive. It made our stay so enjoyable!
