I will never stay here again. Period. The facility and rooms are bery nice and clean. But be aware, the property parking is valet only for an extra $45 per night. That was not printed anywhere and we had no idea until we actually went to park. On top of that, it took 30 minutes to get our vehicle when we were ready to leave because many were leaving at the checkout time. Those with kids were frustrated and rushed to get everything loaded while so many were waiting. And there was no "line". People walked straight up and got in front, leaving those of us who had been there waiting longer. It was such a horrible experience, I will never stay there again.

Advertising is misleading. The “foldout couch” is too small for even 2 little kids. Who bought these small love seats??? Switch them for couches or change the ads.

The beginning of the stay was disappointing. We arrived family with 2 toddlers at 20:00 at the hotel door which was locked. waited 5 minutes until they opened for us. Our booking included a cot. We checked twice and got approval. When we got the rooms there was no bed as promised. The representative was helpless and seemed unprofessional. She apologized and said she had nothing to do. After a determined demand on our part, she called the manager who provided the bed around 10 pm. We were expecting to receive some kind of compensation for the anguish. Beyond that, the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is probably not suitable for hosting families with children

Quiet, neat, well kept, everything works. I stayed here for business one week (conference), brought my family (teens) back the next (concert). Just expect to pay extra for the extras - required valet parking $35 a night plus tips, breakfast items $15 average, dinner items the same. It’s fine because the valets are great, the food really good and plentiful. Yes, it’s more than a family hotel with free breakfast, but after years of those kinds of stays with my kids when they were little, this lovely experience felt deserved.

Great stay. Clean rooms and lobby. HOWEVER, it would be nice if the hotel could disclose the parking prior to booking. I was charged an additional $100 for valet parking that was basically required! On top of that, the valet service is slow and unorganized, which takes away from the hotel. It took almost 30 minutes for them to take my car and I was already frustrated because we have several small children. Not okay.
