I had a lovely, wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly even though I felt like me and my kids was bugging them and I am so happy.My children were able to enjoy the swimming pool as much as they want

Great place for the money I would recommend this to family and friends

It’s a family and pet friendly place so that comes with a cost. Ask for more towels after 2.5 days and received attitude from lady in laundry area. Front desk was great though

Our flight to Dallas was delayed, so we did not arrive at the hotel until 1:30am. Once we were able to get an employee to let us in, we were able to check in and get settled. The room was spacious, with 2 bedrooms and a living space, plus a kitchen area. Perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast was adequate and had a fair amount of variety, The only issue we had was when I discovered a MASSIVE bug on the window shade of our room. It was on the back side of the shade, but it could see it as the sunlight shone through. It was at least 2 inches long and 1.5 inches wide with long antennae. My husband wanted to say it was a cicada, but it made no noise, nor were there any outside. And I believe if cicadas are in an area, you know it. Looked like a cockroach to me. Ack! We only stayed one night and left early the next day, so thankfully we didn’t have to stay longer. I told the employee at the front desk, and he suggested in reach out to Hotels.com to let them know.

The suite was very nice, clean and everyone on staff was polite and helpful. Aside from a few minor upgrades that the facility could use, it was worth the money and did not disappoint. I did experience an issue with my room but they were sure to make things right for my family and I. I would certainly visit again as well as recommend to others visiting the area. The facility as well as the location provided me with everything I needed for my stay.
