Hyatt Place Dallas/Las Colinas

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Would recommend it to friends and family.

Vacation time with family was purpoae of the trip. The hotel was in great proximity of all activities and the price was remarkable. The staff was supoer friendly and very attentive to our needs.

Good space for a family and quick stay.

Very clean hotel. Came during the week with my kids to go to the Dallas game and everything was great.

She put me on the 5th floor (524) and and the elevators were broken . I asked her can she change rooms & she tells me they are out of rooms so I had to go up and down the stairs numerous times to unpack the car with my little ones . The next night I had to use my hot spot on my phone so they could play their ps5 because our room didn’t have internet. I called front desk (HE) tells me that im the first to complain about that and the staff can’t do anything about it ( horrible stay ) he puts me on hold and tells me they don’t have any other rooms either . I always stay Hyatt hotels and I’ve never experienced anything like this!! Drunk adults loud as ever in the hallways and very aggressive men in the lobby ( drunk) asking women to come to their rooms. Will not recommend this location to any of the basketball family !!!!

We love this hotel. Have stayed here multiple times through the years. However these last 2 times we’ve stayed in the last 2 weeks we noticed it’s starting to show it’s age. Stains on carpet. Low towels in room (IE: not enough towels for guests booked) 2nd stay the hotel AC had electric wires on the floor which we constantly had to keep our child away from. Tub drain was SLOW Room wasn’t super clean We were woken up 2x by swearing and loud taking while people were on the way to the elevator, which the hotel had placed us right next to. Breakfast the next morning was just a mess. Food all over the counter. They used to have an amazing breakfast and now it’s cold cereal, instant oatmeal, with some hot items but not refilled on a constant basis. They have 2 elevators, but only one works. With a massive amount of people staying the night we were there plus housekeeping we needed up having to take the stairs because the elevator couldn’t keep up with the load or when it arrived it had no room for passengers because housekeeping carts took up the whole space. We were in our room and because most Of the rooms had begun early Checkout, housekeeping tried to do our room too and we had to request them to come back later. Just left a bad taste in our mouth, especially with spending so much for 2 nights.

It was great we have came twice in a month , the staff is friendly and the place didn’t seem over crowded ! My family and I loved it

It was clean. The beds were comfortable and the pool and fitness center were just what our family needed after a long day of traveling.

Clean , great room for families with sofa bed.
