Not what we expected when we showed up pictures are a little deceiving the room was clean .. but we were a little disappointed the pool was cold and small but it’s great for a work weekend but a family trip

Everything was fine, some areas under constructions. Only issue was the fire alarm going off at 11pm and dealing with toddlers.

When i got to the premises they requested 40dlls for depisit they said it was refundable, i was told when we booked thru you guys we must leave a deposit. I was confused abd didnt want to pay but i had not chiice. I called today August 14 because my 40 dlls haven't been refunded front desk lady kept puting me in hold after talking to for about 20mins sge said they don't ask fir that is not a deposit it accident proction. Im sure what happened all i know someone in the front desk charge my card 40ddls deposit and itwas never returned to my account!! I was , i called this SCAM..i will never booked thru this application or any of families members, friend ect..

Overall the room is decent. However I did not like that there is only one elevator on each floor only and it was all the one at the corner. My room was at the end of the building so it was a long way to my room. If there was any kind of emergency or fire alarm, there is no way of getting to the stairs from my room. That is not safe. Also if you have big luggage you HAVE to go through the front. The side entrance (near the elevator) is steps only. It was very tiresome for me to get all of mine and my family luggages up the stairs when I arrive. I was not inform it was stairs.
