Hospitality at its BEST! We had an incredible experience at Marriott Las Colinas from the minute we stepped in. The key is humans caring about humans. Our applause goes to Alicia at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We felt like family. It takes a special person to do so. Alberto (bellboy) was very efficient, kind, and respectful. Syndi (coffee bar and breakfast) was helpful and accommodating. Daisy (housekeeper) was very attentive to details. Marriott Las Colinas is an awesome place because of its people, and we let the manager know the great job he did hiring the personnel. The facility itself is very well located, with a fantastic view of the lake, an unbeatable patio setting and view, a 24/7 gym, and clean and comfy rooms. We felt like: when you are here, you are family! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Our stay was fantastic being so close to Toyota music factory was a huge plus as well! Staff was friendly and professional! Will definitely recommend to friends and family again!

Called on Advanced the recervacion, about heated pool for my kids.. I did the reservation, 2 rooms 3 nights, didn't care the price. But i got disappointing when kids and i head to the pool and find out it was not heated,, that ruin my trip. Never again..

We booked a room with king size bed but they gave us 2 double instead. We paid extra for lake view but they put us on second floor where the views are completely blocked by trees. Room is poorly insulated; you can hear clearly people chatting and kids running around in hallway.
