Texican Court, by Valencia Hotel Group

NO Parking options, no receipts given at any time for any of the services dine in, vallet parking, breakfast. I have tried 3 days they still insist they have sent and still no receipts in my email. The pool was unsupervised with drunks bringing in bags of outside alcohol. The drunk parents who brought their wild children with other parent groups allowed them to jump on pool furniture as if it was toy no regard for others around them. Kuddos on the parenting skills on Saturday 8/24/24 @5-8pm! People were eating in the pool leaving food and cups in the pool. Disgusting! My room had hair in the shower. My bed was hard. The AC vent needed to be replaced or cleaned. Otherwise staff was courteous at all times. It was a low staff on the inside issue. Not reception they had too many and yet I don’t have receipts. The atmosphere made up for the disappointments.

My friend and I have traveled through the U.S., Europe, and Asia, but this hotel took our breath away. The antique refrigerator, barn door to the bathroom, ultra comfortable sheets, and oh so cute coffee shop in the lobby with the best peach ice ever. Customer service was fantastic. So lovely to have the family game of corn hole right on the grounds.

The hotel is nice, we got a room with carpet which I did not want, but we had no other choice and the carpet did look dirty. The room was clean, the restroom was clean and nice. I did not like that we had to pay for parking. Not like it's a nice parking garage or anything just a regular parking lot not even gated or anything. I do like staying at these hotels that are connected The Cotton Hotel in Lubbock is really nice this one almost came close but could be a bit nicer. Overall, I do recommend this place it is a nice place for a family to hang out they have games for the kids to play in an outdoor area.

they were very accommodating! i arrived early and was able to get a room early. traveled alone and felt very safe and welcome. would recommend. lots of kids tho- kinda a bummer

Man oh man was this place amazing!! It felt so homey and everyone was so nice! And the FOOD was so DELICIOUS! Love that its pet and kid friendly. Definitely will be coming back!

I like the relaxing environment. It's very family friendly but also the best vibes for solo travels.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! It feels like a resort. It is perfectly decorated and so comfortable, truly a home away from home. They give you Lone Stars at check in, and it has the best stocked mini bar I’ve ever seen at a hotel (for a price, of course). The bar was nice! We want to come back with the kids in the summer and enjoy the pool. We will definitely be back!

I’ve stayed at several of their properties throughout Texas. I love the family and dog friendly atmosphere even though I don’t have a family and didn’t bring my dog. I love the way the property pulls you out of your room with the comforts of outdoors and Big Texas Sky. All that, AND super friendly Lone Star hospitality! And I’m not from Texas!

The hotel room was very clean and staff was helpful. However, the restaurant in the hotel was close due to technical issues. So, we had to drive to the hotel across to get dinner. This was difficult for us since we have a baby. Plus we lost our parking spot.

This hotel seems incredibly understaffed. No one answers the phone. Crib for my baby was delivered to the front desk for self pick up! The only front desk person was kind enough to lug it over to the room since I had my baby with me in the room. The customer service at the only restaurant on the property was horrific.
