We found a few inconveniences after our arrival. Some broken tiles near the bath (dangerous because we have kids), the water was running really slow on tha bathtub, the a/c took a long time to cool the room and a very strong aroma of marijuana on the second floor. Not sure we are returning to this hotel in our next trip to Corpus Christi.

We stayed in this property in 2015, we were a returning customers. Property was kept clean, Elevators were not working from 1st floor to 2nd floor, we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to 2nd floor and catch elevator there. Bathroom had hairs stuck to the walls before my kids even went in to take a bath. We were on the 4th floor and the roof looked as it it had been repaired and was very obvious as it was a different color in paint, not a big deal but still not very pleasing to the eye. Breakfast was great, was always kept stocked in everything. Parking is the absolute WORST! No space and we had to park in the hotel in front. Overall a good stay just that the broken elevator was a big deal since we have 2 kids and we had to carry everything up to the 2nd floor and then catch an elevator there.

First room smelt like someone died in it. Staff was very helpful, walked me through 3 other options. Accepted the least stinky one(was still gross). Got into new room took shower had long black hair all over walls. I ignored that. Woke up next day with child covered from head to toe in hives. This place was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I'd sleep on the street before ever stayed here again.

Front desk service awful. They charged me 303$ before check in, returned same amount. Charged me again 303$. At check in, they charged me 353$ despite expedia says rate was 317. They promised return 303$ same day (didn’t happen) today after check out I arrived to home and checked my account, no refund and a new charge 253$. I called to the hotel lady very rude just said she can’t do anything she can’t see charges and “you need to talk to your bank” very sad because my family loved the hotel, but I ended paging almost 900$ for a room 1 night that was offered for 317$. I guees tomorrow I will have to call my bank and tried to resolve a mess caused by the hotel. And by the way I requested a copy the receipt thru email, never received it. If you are traveling following a tight Budget, don’t try this hotel
