Home2 Suites Corpus Christi Southeast

Nice hotel but thin ceilings. We were on the 2nd floor and the people above us had kids and they were running and jumping until after 1AM. Then u could hear the kid crying. Crazy thing u couldn’t hear the traffic outside just the people above you so not much sleep.

Took a little family weekend trip location was fantastic. Upon check in, the staff was very friendly. Room had plenty of space for all of us. We would definitely stay here again.

Any staff members I bumped into were friendly and attentive. The suite I stayed in was clean when we got there and cleaned throughout our stay. Including our dishes. Which is a big help when your on vacation with kiddos. Breakfast had multiple options and was delicious.

We drove all the way from Kansas to see the ocean with the kids. Called Home2 suites that morning from San Antonio, to see how the weather was there. Because Alberto was hitting Corpus Christi. Man at the desk lied to us. Said it was only cloudy there.. Started passing all these semi's with Dept of Texas National Disaster heading down there. Pulled up a TV station out of Corpus Christi on goggle, and the weather man was on a Ocean wall, and the waves were at least 4-5 foot high coming in! And it was flooding every where down there! I called them back. And Gave me the run around about trying to get some of my money back. Asked them if we could just move our reservation to a Home2 Suites in San Antonio or Ft.Worth and they said no. Kept telling me I needed to talk to the manger about it for a refund. But every time I called when they told me a time that the manger would be there, they were never there.. So we just drove 10-1/2 hours straight home then, with young kids.. They are Shady people.

The staff at this hotel were one of the best I have ever dealt with. All shifts of the staff were ready to go above and beyond for the guests. They were really pleasant and helpful even when we had a bunch of kids to manage in their lobby. The facility was beautiful and top notch. They had free coffee, tea and hot chocolate for the guests. We would love to come back!!

We love how clean our room was! Pleased to have a full kitchen and its perfect for our family staying for a night after a day in the beach. It's close to the shopping center and restaurants.

A great stay for overnight with the family for soccer games. The room and bathroom was clean. There were some people on our floor with extremely loud music and the fire alarm went off at 0300am. The pool wasn't very clean unfortunately. I would recommend not making it so easy to reach the gas dial in the pool area because of children.

Things I liked: - Safe - Location. Great for the beach, mall, restaurants, etc… - Great customer service. - AC was cold and the shower pressure was nice. - Comfortable beds. What I didn’t like: - Smell in room. Smelled like a wet towel. Bad whiff every time we entered. - Phone in room would work then wouldn’t work. Tad bit frustrating. - Noisy. Not really the hotels fault, but the people next to us were super loud. Their kid kept banging on the walls late at night. Was very irritating especially how exhausted we were after long days. - Also, asked for a top floor when booked. Even called to verify. When I got there, they already booked the floor. Not a big issue but an issue nonetheless.

Hung Out with the family and it was some good times.

Very beautiful and well placed in area lots of access to food and mall and anything for a family to do. Loved it very satisfied
