It was wonderful! The staff was amazing and super nice! The breakfast was really good, my family loved it! Our room was great. Over all it was a wonderful experience and we will be returning!

On arrival the receptionist was on point friendly welcoming, all the services were on point from breakfast to free drinks in evening hours, can have a good time at hotel with food and drinks while kids play in pool, will definitely be coming back to this. All around excellent service no complaints

I loved this place everything about it, the service was excellent, the staff was nice friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was really good everything worked, even the fridge and the elevator’s just a beautiful facility all the way around. My family and I will definitely come again. Absolutely amazing.

The hotel smelled really clean and the staff was constantly working on making improvements throughout the hotel. There was a small period of time where the hotel lost power but they still offered happy hour for guests which was very nice. Breakfast is better than any other Hotel complimentary breakfast hands down. Staff was friendly and accommodating and I can’t wait to return. If you need the extra space, the presidential suite is wonderful for larger families.

The free drinks at night was great way to relax after a long ride trip. Limit 2 per person. The room was clean and you could not hear anything outside the door. The hot breakfast was great too. We loved the open concept to the first floor. Pool looked nice but we chose to let all the kids have fun.

Very nice stay for the family. Front desk manager was super friendly and greeted us by name each time we went through the lobby—very welcoming. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the evening happy hour.

They have a great breakfast and the rooms were nice. They also have happy hour in the evening. The pool was nice but too many young children in the jacuzzi. The staff in the front were nice but the people cleaning the rooms were not so nice. When passing by their cleaning carts with our luggage they seemed upset because we couldn't pass by and they had to scoot over. The hotel does need some upgrades. The doors and edges of cabinets in the rooms were peeling and looked old. There was also a pair of children's socks under the curtains in the livingroom. Also both elevators were out on the back side of the hotel so we had to take the stairs during checkout. Overall are stay was good besides the minor details.

My family and I typically stay at this particular Embassy Suites but this last stay was not so good. Our AC was not functioning properly and when we asked for a fan at the front we were told the AC was working just fine, secondly we chose this location for the indoor pool but someone unfortunately broke a glass in the pool area causing them to shut down the pool. I will consider other options next time.
