La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham College Station North

Clean property, nice front desk. We stayed during the time of multiple kids sports tournaments so there were kids/teens all over the place making noise. Reported the excessive noise and the staff were on it immediately, making sure the loud guests quieted down.

Very clean, modern, we felt very safe here with our kids.

In town for college visit with kiddo. Staff was friendly, room was clean and hot breakfast. Just overall good experience. Would definitely stay here again if in town.

The staff was efficient, and the place was clean. We had little children with us, and we were able to play games in the common room with them. Very accommodating.

Wonderful stay! Super clean and there were plenty of towels and soap and shampoo for everyone in my room. I was traveling with kids and am used to having to ask for extra towels or soap. Not needed here. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

When walking in/out staff never greet, nor smile, the pool area has a damage table unsafe for children to be around.

We booked 3 rooms for 4 nights stay. We got a clean room at our arrival, but after that, our rooms NEVER were clean. No shampoo or soap refills, no clean towels. When we asked for towels, the front desk guy told me that he was very busy, so if I wanted clean towels, I must go to the front desk and request towels, really? My room was located on the 4th floor. We never received an apology for not getting our rooms clean. The pool was badly maintained. There were death insects and bugs inside the pool, hot tub, and all around the pool area. The hot tub didn't work. Definitely, this is not a kid friendly place. Location and rooms are good, but customer service is not friendly. Service is horrible. We had a bad experience in this place. Definitely, I do not recommend this place.

The hotel and room were decent, but we arrived to find no soap in the room. Thankfully I had brought some so we were able to wash our hands. There was one lonely bottle of shampoo but no conditioner, and only one plastic cup.I began to wonder if it was leftover from the previous guests. The room was oddly lit and very dark and shady. No light in the coffee station area of the room, and while it was a 1-cup machine, we were provided with coffee meant for a large machine. I asked for towels and soap 3 separate times and told them exactly when we would be out and in the room. Someone eventually left a little bag of soaps, shampoos, and conditioners on our door, but my partner ended up having to go down to the desk late at night when we returned from a wedding to get towels. This was after I saw one desk clerk write down our room number and 2 sets of towels. Breakfast was another disappointment. Coffee machine was broken. No tea; no juice; no milk. Only water to drink. The only yogurt was kids Trix flavor. We ended up just buying breakfasts even though it was included in the price of our room. TV in the lobby had a 6” vertical area that was not working. TV in room had a fuzzy picture. Overall, seemed safe and clean, but I was far from impressed.

If you're attending the annual Santa's Wonderland in College Station, TX (not the one in the North Pole), this is the best hotel to stay in. Easy access to freeway and only a 7 minute drive to the Blitzen parking lot. Plenty of on-site parking. Rooms were clean with a fair amount of space for a couple and 3 small children.

The room was very clean and nice, the bed comfortably slept 2 adults and a child. Great customer service. We were gone most of the morning and came back to fresh towels and the trash was taken out. The complimentary breakfast was good they had waffles, sausage etc. Overall a great experience and affordable will be staying here again.
