This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel, with very kind staff. The rooms were clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that they are pretty stingy with amenities such as breakfast and parking. I was not aware that they charge for parking on top of your booking until we checked in. Breakfast is available, but not complimentary. For these reasons I just can’t leave a higher rating and will most likely not stay here when we come to visit family again in the future. They charge you for parking but do not give you a parking pass or anything so technically anyone can park there for free… just not the guests.

There were bud in the room, & no mention of pool not operating. My kids were very disappointed.

I liked the friendly customer service when I checked in she was great. But then she spoke about the pool (indoor pool and the spa, which I really expected this place to have open, it is the Hilton. Get whatever needs to be fixed asap, because you advertise it right, if it is not available, let us know... People see a pool, they expect a pool, and maybe they have kids that expect that then they get to the Hilton that they expect nothing but the best.No excuses. Also, the walls were paper thin so keep your talks to a low roar or whatever you do. The last thing is always gone and check your room out, which means to open up the curtains and make sure you don't have a view of a hotel building Air conditioning unit outside. We had that view, and the only good thing that I could see that put me at ease was the American flag! The greatest country on earth! Then I calmed down because we have it better than most in this world.

The staff was amazing and the room clean. The kids loved the indoor pool area which has a convenient shower. The staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. Breakfast is not free which I am used to with other chains. Great hotel but I’ll probably chose a different chain with the free breakfast next time.

Staff was friendly, room was very spacious and clean. One negative, we had a child staying in the room above us and was constantly running back and forth in the room while attempted to rest. Overall, it was a great experience and will definitely be back

It is a situation that is not in their control. I understand that. BUT your website and theirs should be upfront about construction or repair issues that impact the stay of their guests. A busted pipe that causes water damage on multiple floors in multiple rooms is kind of a big deal. It creates problems that go beyond just noise issues. The staff was great in moving us to a room that was quieter than the one right across from one of problem areas. We appreciated the effort of the reception person. she handled the situation professionally. I cannot imagine being the family in the room the night the pipe broke. That would have been terrifying. I do feel for the poor people that had to stay in rooms close to or across from the effected rooms on those floors. There really should be disclosure so people will be informed and surprised when they get to their room and find this situation. Or at least be informed at the time of check in.

Pool was closed (the entire reason we booked here was for the pool and hot tub with the kids). Front desk person told me to blame Expedia/Hotels.com because they don’t update pool closures, and if I had called the hotel I would’ve known the pool was closed. I wasn’t looking to blame anyone, just asked what the pool hours were, so it came across as flippant and unprofessional from the person checking us in to take a moment of customer disappointment (my kids were crestfallen) and effectively blame us for not knowing the pool was closed in advance.
