Great family party atmosphere!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spacious and we liked having the outdoor balcony. The fitness center was nice and had plenty of different equipment. We also enjoyed having easy access to the beach. The only two aspects of the hotel that we did not really enjoy were the parking lot (which was frequently filled up and we needed to park across the busy street in the overflow lot), and the pool (which was nothing special and overcrowded with young children with limited lounge chairs). Definitely would recommend.

Very convenient and comfortable for families!

Beautiful hotel. We had a double bed room with sofa bed and balcony. The room was so spacious with a roomy bathroom as well. We loved having two TV's in the room since we had out two young children with us. The hotel had a resort style pool and Bar Louie attached to it directly in front of the beach. It was very easy to transition from beach to pool or viceversa thanks to the showers and seating areas all around the pool and Bar Louie area. We liked the DJ's music and drink selection from the bar. The cafe next to lobby was super convenient for early morning coffee and pastry runs. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family and would definitely return! Highly recommend this property.

The manager!! She was just rude! We ask her in the front desk we needed bracelets for my children cause it kept breaking off. Rude about that! Then we went to go eat breakfast asked for syrup for my 10 year old very rude too! If she didn’t like her job then why work there? Cops came cause other people was telling her the same thing giving attitude talking to us ugly and other people as well. Thanks for ruining my Mother’s Day weekend!! I’ve never had any problems there. I love this hotel. Always go every year! But she ruined it

Loved our suite!! It was huge. Stayed with my 4 kids & my wife. Plenty of room for everyone. Right next to Clayton’s, huge plus. Bar louie was delicious. The pool was amazing and loved the baby area with the sprinklers. Loved how easy it was to get to the beach. How easy it was to get to Clayton’s. Will def stay here again when the time comes. It was amazing

Hotel was very clean and well kept. But the beach is very crowded since it’s a public beach, and it wasn’t a holiday weekend. There’s a big beach bar located next to the property with live music, which was not great for us with children at night since we could hear the music in the room.

You pay a lot to stay here and you can't even take snacks for the kids to the pool. You can't even use your own mug to drink the bar drinks at the pool. The staff at the front are not helpful at all in the check in process.
