Pros: clean, beach access, outdoor shower, pool and hot tub, pet-friendly, good hot breakfast, family budget hotel. Cons: condition of furniture is aged, tv picture was poor, shower water was lukewarm

The hotel was decent. Not what we have been accustomed to and perhaps that’s the main reason that we rated a 3, but the main focus was the feel in the room, it felt old and outdated. Perhaps it was clean and sanitary but it didn’t feel like it because of the way it looked. We were also missing blankets for the sofa bed; which was terrible. It was broken in the middle and no one could sleep in it. You can immediately see how uncomfortable it was. I booked the suite with the balcony and the door was hard to shut close you had to really push it. The courtian was not long enough to cover the entire window of the door out to the balcony, which was very unpleasant feeling. The room was not adequate for a family in my opinion. Also no sink in the main area which is significant when you have kids.

Ugh, the smell! The horrible smell hit us like a brick wall as soon as we stepped off the elevator into the hallway. There was an employee cleaning the carpet so we thought it would go away but we were there for 3 nights and it didn’t even lessen. And the smell in the room was even worse - like new paint over old mold. You know how sometimes your nose gets used to a smell after a while? Not here! I’d get up in the night and smell it and it would make me nautious. It was so bad - the worst smelling hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The water pressure in the bathroom was horrible - a little more than a drip out of the sink and not sure I was ever able to get all the shampoo out of my hair. We had numerous issues with the key cards, which deactivated at least once a day. We had to go back down to the front desk at least 4 times because our key cards weren’t working. At check out there was a paper on the desk asking clientele to wait 5-10 minutes for staff to return. The property is a long walk, part of which is a very mentally uncomfortable concrete tunnel that does eventually open up to a beach path. The pathway is supposed to be exclusive to the hotel, but the lock on the gate had been removed. During the day it’s not so much of a problem but at night it was disconcerting. The pool was very small but the water temperature was warm and our kids had a great time in it. No special atmosphere and surrounded by concrete and asphalt but nice that it was heated so well. The smell!

Great for families, stayed here with my three little ones and they enjoyed it so much. You can walk to the beach. Safe and very clean hotel. We will be back! Ohhh and the breakfast was AWESOME! Very crowded and not a lot of seating but overall cannot complain.

Overall happy with our stay, only thing that could have been better was if the room was ready for us. We got a room with two beds and a fold out. The room was for six, two adults and four children. It would have been nice if the blankets and pillows were in the room and ready for us. Overall it was a nice stay but the pictures compared to reality were not the same.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The photos looked fancier than it really was but it was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and they were able to make accommodations for my fathers accessibility needs

Carpet smells Couch needs a good clean had dog hair Restroom had mildew that you could tell was.painted over saw small roaches My baby was bit by something while sleeping on sofa bed checked in late asked front desk if we could keep same room and put sign in door do not disturb, housekeeping knocked til we opened it we came back cause had good experience 1st time but this time was pretty disappointing

The elevator had broken pieces on the wall which is not very safe for little kids since they like to touch things all the time. Some of the rooms had a musty smell and we had one that smelled like pee, we did get switched so thankful for that. If you need to print or use a computer it did not work. I told management a couple times and they said good half hour to hour to get fixed but it wasn’t their problem (what was told to me) it was the next park provider. I believe it is a them problem if you’re taking care of things around the hotel you have to check around for your things to work. Breakfast was ok. I have used this hotel For years but it has downgraded so much with things broken or not in good shape.

The hotel rooms feel worn out in a bit stuffy. It was not our favorite hotel, but it is an island for younger people who party maybe not really meant for children and families so we did enjoy the events that we did on the island and the hotel is very closely located to the beach and lots of family activities.
