Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brownfield, an IHG Hotel

The staff made every effort to accommodate me and my baby girl.

Staff were very helpful and my kids loved the breakfast and pool.

At 5am Saturday Morning there were several young boys running up and down the hallways on all floors along with knocking on doors including mine. I was on the 1st floor not from the desk. I went to the desk had to call out to the clerk. She came out of a small room behind the desk literally like she just had woken up!!!! I told her what was going on and she replied “ I haven’t seen or heard anything” of course you didn’t youve been ASLEEP when you should be at work! But of course I didn’t say that yo her. I had to tell the kids myself! My trip was cut short and I had to check out at 11;00 PM and went to check out and the SAME lady was working and she was very rude and had an attitude! All I did was say “ I would like to check out”. Also I was not pleased that I payed more than I normally would at Holiday inn AND the pool was not working the hotel knew this before I booked. So why did I pay more if I couldn’t use amenities??
