The concierge was super friendly and very helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool.

John at the front was better than awesome! We had a family suite (room # 226) which had ample space for our family of 5! The breakfast in the morning had waffles and cereal plus a few other cold items which was simple but fine. Our only complaint would be that our kids were not able to swim in the pool bc it looked very cloudy and unclean. We would stay here again and thanks again to John and Naomi for your kindness❤️

The front desk staff were so family and pet friendly! The room was recently remodeled and they were in the middle of more remodeling and so it was top notch.

The room that i viewed on the internet for 3 adults and 4 children looked nothing like when we arrived to the Hotel. Appearance was very Ghetto. Room was very crowded. Cracked tile floor in the kitchen,cracked ceiling in the bathroom. Bathroom did not have a tub to give the kids a bath. Bathroom door had huge scratches. Dirty carpet. Water pressure for showering was horrible. Toilet wouldnt flush all the way. I went to the front desk to let them know about the water pressure and the toilet not flushing and also asked for a room with a TUB and the front desk told me that none of the rooms have tubs at the HOTEL. They moved us to a Suite only to find out that the front desk empmoyee lied to me about the HOTEL not having tubs. The Suite was not any better than the first room that we had. Room had dirty carpet. The sleeper sofa was broken. Kids did not get any sleep due to broken sleeper sofa. Air conditioning in the bed room was not cooling properly. We had to shorten our stay and miss out on family function because the kids could not sleep on a broken sleeper sofa. I will make sure to not ever ever stay at HOME2 Suites by HILTON and will definitely leave a bad review so that other people wont have the same experiece as us.

My family left personal items in the rooms after checkout & were kind & honest enough to look for them & return them to us..We couldnt be more thankful to them! Give this hotel 5 stars!!! Thanks Home2 Suites!!!

Front desk staff was EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable and friendly and personable….. Dee and Kelli felt like family and treated us like family. Seemed as if we had met them before (old friends). Loved their smiles and happy faces. Location is good, shops, stores and dining good. Access to freeway is extremely confusing. Glad I was not driving. Other family members got lost tracing to navigate back to their hotels. Graduation weekend. FUN
