It was a very nice hotel, where our family stayed very comfortably. The price was very economical and we will definitely stay again.

I clearly specified that we have kids and they had us stay on the 3rd floor.within 5 minutes of us getting settled and walking around the room,we had the front office call about a noise complaint from below.it was Saturday at 7pm,people usually aren’t sleeping at that time.THEN,we left and came back at 10 pm and as we changed into pajamas,another call comes in about noise.We asked the front desk to change our room to a bottom floor because no one is running around but they said they had to accommodate the other guests as if we weren’t paying guests.It made the whole stay so uncomfortable.Never staying there again

Hotel was great. We were unfortunately staying with a kids softball team who’s parents let them run wild. The hotel did come up to tell them to stop.

Room was quiet, comfortable and spacious. The property was well cared for and maintained. All staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were great! Great pool for kids and nice hot tub. Used the laundry facilities which were great. Entire experience was awesome and will stay again and I highly recommend!

We always stay here when we visit Lubbock, which tends to be 4-5 times a year. The rooms are comfy and the ceiling fans are a true bonus for a family that is hot natured. It's conveniently located on the west side of town, close to all the new restaurants and shopping centers.

Liked that there was a ceiling fan but then saw it looked like it had never been cleaned with an inch thick layer of dust on each blade. We checked in as a family of five and had to go back down for sheets for the pull out. Nice large room, comfortable beds

This was a very sad, traumatic trip for us. We had to say “see ya later” to our precious infant grandson. The staff at this hotel are always so kind & helpful. This trip was no exception. The desk associate, Josh, was so sweet & helpful. The manager on duty, I don’t recall her name, was very kind. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling this area.
