Element Austin Round Rock

My family and I stayed here during spring break of 2024. Had a great experience only downfall was no bathtub to bathe the baby. Since we had a good experience the first time, I booked again for a work trip and was disappointed. Upon walking into the room I noticed the room temp was 76. Mind you, it’s June in Texas and it’s been 95 degrees everyday. left to grab dinner and lowered the temp on the thermo in hopes it would feel better upon my return. Once I did return it felt no different so I called the front desk and they moved me to the room next door. Still throughout my 4 day stay my room temp stayed at 74 degrees and never lower. Staff was always friendly and courteous. Did see a few ants on clean plates during breakfast. They were replaced. Decent breakfast options and the chef always asked if the guests were done eating prior to putting away food after breakfast hours were over.

Very friendly. Easy check in and out. Only issue was they didn’t have a restaurant like Travelocity said. Perfect for our family’s stay other than that.

The property was clean, well maintained and the staff was friendly. The complaint I has the walls seemed thin, could hear the child in the next room, along with people running and walking down the hall.

This hotel was clean and spacious and beautiful. The staff was less than friendly, and as a family of 6, were less than accommodating. There were drunk, dirty, strange men in the lobby when we checked in making rude comments and generally making the atmosphere uncomfortable. They ended up kicking them out of the hotel but it was an awkward and not so family friendly.

Amazing place! Had to stay a few weeks during a move. It was 2 adults, 3 kids, and 2 cats. The room worked out great. Plenty of space, so we weren't in each other's way. Can't complain about free breakfast and a pool. Probably the best extended stay we have ever been to.

Walls were way too thin. Heard toddlers on my ceiling, running and screaming every night. Kids yelling in hallways, dogs barking, other neighbors tvs ...all this around midnight. Was reported but it didnt help. Overall very clean.
