Front desk was extremely nice and checked us in very fast. Room was extremely clean and hotel was nice. Wish i would have taken advantage of the games in the lobby and bar but was there with my children. Will definitely stay here when in this area again.

Someone walked in on me and my two babies because the room key was given out by mistake.

This hotel was so neat and had games and a pool for our kids! The staff was great and the room was clean and the hotel! We will definitely be back!

When I go see my son and family I always stay there. Clean and the staff is excellent.

I have never had such an unpleasant and degrading experience ever. I spent $1,000 for 2 rooms for the weekend of 05/10-05/12 2024 and part of my travel party my son, and daughter in law, and 2 young grandchildren were treated horribly from the moment they checked in. The front desk staff treated them as though they were crimanels and made them wait in the lobby for nearly 2 hours after they took nearly $500 from the bank account. I called earlier in the day to insurre that they would be able to check in and put a deposit on their debit card and was told yes, just to find out they only accept major credit cards for the deposit and they then accused my son of attemting to pay with a fradulant method of payment, all because they were using their Cashapp account. The hotel did take the money from his account just to turn around and beat on the room door at 7 am on a saturday and kick them out and called the police and reported them as using a fradulant methad of payment. They ould not even allow them to dress the children or themselves, the had to leave(by police escort) in their pjs. All the hile and even still now, The Aloft Hotel still has their money. The hotel said they dont accet cash app, yet they debited his account and I ersonally paid for all of my food and drink with my cashapp account. After kicking them out for no legitmate reson, they told me that i would not be alowed any visitors for the duration of my stay. I am a VIP member, and was treated just a bad.

Paying for a room for 2 adults and 2 children and when getting to the room finding only 3 bath towels is not acceptable. The bathroom smelled quite bad. The shared kitchen downstairs had a dirty microwave, hot water was cold...

As mom traveling with my 3 kids alone this place gave me a lot of peace.. the area really safe and the hotel too.

Great customer service. And excellent staff. Lots of fun stuff for kids and adults. Extremely happy with my stay.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They had the best restaurant recommendations and were able to give us easy directions to local stores. The hotel was very clean and family friendly. This was a birthday trip for my 4 year-old, and she wanted to stay permanently.
