Great place to stay for our family visit to Austin. Easy access to the hotel, many food options locally for dinner. The staff was helpful, pleasant and professional.

Stayed here for an event at the Oasis on 3/30. Room was fine, nothing special. Decent breakfast and pretty clean. But we discovered the AC wasn't working when we got back to the room and it got up to 80 overnight. It was a shock to hear there was no on call maintenance on a holiday weekend. They offered to move us to a room with only one bed ..and with 4 kids and at 11pm we just decided to rough it. In hindsight we should have moved and just had the kids sleep on the floor because it was a miserable night. Either way, it was not worth the money spent.

This is a great hotel to stay at, the customer service is amazing. This time around we stayed on a weekday so there was no breakfast traffic and my family and I truly felt like at home.

Paid for a date i never used. No one helped during my stressful times for one day. I made an error. A small family traveling and no one would help not even the hotel. So sad

Hyatt Place was absolutely incredible to me and my family. We were in town for my wedding and it turned out and amazing. The people of Hyatt Place really care about their customers and build wonderful relationships. We will never stay anywhere else.

Our stay here was good. Nothing special and nothing horrible either. Positives: We really liked the full bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. The castable tv was a definite plus! We were able to watch Netflix, Hulu and YouTube from our phones to our tv so that was a nice bonus. I never got to eat the breakfast but my husband says it was always delicious! Negatives: The room was pretty claustrophobic for our family of 5. I called to ask about ordering room service and the lady laughed and said they don’t do that here. A simple sorry that’s not something we offer would’ve sufficed. Although you’d think for the price it’d be an option. I expected just a tad bit more from this brand of hotel but overall I’m okay with what we got. It wouldn’t be my first choice to stay at again but if it was the only option I’d book it again.

Very clean. Nice breakfast buffet. Not a lot of staff BUT to be expected as I stayed there during winter storm power outage and they were suddenly very full of families from the neighborhood. Nice big room.
