In town for sports - a lot of other families there for the same reason. Hotel is well maintained with heated indoor pool and a gym. Breakfast was good with many options and well-attended. Ample parking. Close to many restaurants, gas stations, and a Starbucks before you get to the freeway. :)

Got there and was asked if we had a floor preference, as a mother with two small kids who are loud, this was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Room was clean, smelled good. And the beds were super comfy.
I love love LOVE that they use Dove hair and skin products. It’s my favorite and it saved me having to dig mine out. We had the plenty of towels for all 4 of us and the shower was nice and hot.
Centrally located near several food options. The parking was easy and they had several luggage carts available. My kids enjoyed the late night hot cocoa they made by the coffee!
The pool… (I specifically book my trips around being able to have a pool, usually a hot tub too but the reviews were excellent so I booked it.) To my SURPRISE, it had a heated indoor pool AND a hot tub!! That is an extra BONUS in my book. The pool area was clean and the chlorine wasn’t overwhelming like most indoor pools.
Ok, breakfast… I LOVE Holiday Inn cinnamon rolls! But they also had two kinds of omelettes, turkey and pork sausage, soft fluffy biscuits, AND sausage gravy. (Y'all, it rivaled my husbands which is outstanding!) They also offered fresh fruit choices and all the juices, but the coolest thing was the pancake maker! I watched all the kids enamored by it and it was cool!
Staff was wonderful, gentleman working the door on Saturday March 30 was so nice and helpful!
Will absolutely stay again!

While the front staff were nice and helpful, a couple of things stuck out to my family and I. They only had two luggage carts available to the whole hotel. Other hotels I have been to have had at least 4 if not more. The breakfast was good, but there appeared to be poor planning based on numbers in the hotel. The breakfast was open from 6am - 10am but there was no hot food left by 8 as a large group came through and cleaned the place out and there was no more food.

Great spot for a weekend trip to see family. Inside pool and hot tub was nice to have. Good selection of breakfast items.

Outstanding, very friendly staff. After checking in, my son forgot his soccer bag at the counter. We came to the room and before we even noticed, a staff came knocking at our door to bring it. It was remarkable because it was a busy weekend full of families with soccer players who were in town like us.

This was the most unclean hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was nasty.I’m talking covered in dust. You could see where they had sprayed cleaner on the head board and dressers but never wiped it down so it just dried on there. Crumbs in every corner. Smelled bad when we got to the room. The air conditioner leaked so the carpet was saturated with water around it. We bought snacks and left them on the table and they were covered with ants when we got back so we had to throw them all away. The pool/hot tub were nasty with no towels ever. Hot tub was literally yellow/green. When we asked for pool towels we were told they were all out both days. So you had to walk back to the room dripping water everywhere and freezing to death. The keys wouldn’t work for the workout center so you had to go to the desk and wait for someone to bring the master key to let you in. The breakfast was burnt both mornings. The biscuits and omelets were burnt!! Every time they brought out new ones, I don’t understand? Noticed the elevator permits were both out of date? 3 different keys quit working. Got locked in the pool walk through area and couldn’t get through to an actual person at the front desk on the phone so waited on someone to come down the hallway to flag down to let us in.The shower faucet was literally lose and hanging out of the wall. The toilet ran constantly. It was me and my 4 kids and we had 2 towels in the room.Had to go to the desk and ask for more.Looks nice checking in but NO! Rooms were clean but really needed updating. Dining room tables were uncomfortably close and that area was too small generally and also needed updating. Great location near McKay's and the excellent Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum. Convenient dining options and a very good spot if travelling with kids. Very helpful staff.

We loved staying here! Super convenient to get to downtown Chattanooga. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was packed both mornings. The pool and hot tub were the place to be at night of you have kiddos (for adults looking to relax in the hot tub… sorry, the kiddos will probably run you out!). Will stay again.
