Happy with it, kids enjoyed the pool and the room was great. Really pleasantly surprised by the almost full size kitchen.

Older hotel, small bathroom, but overall a great place to crash for a night. The family and I stayed here on our way back from Florida. Beds were great.

Staff were great, very friendly. Room was tough to enter — key didn’t work properly at first. Building isn’t well insulated; could hear kids running up and down the hall very easily until 10:30pm. Thankfully they quieted down after that. Bed was comfy and room was acceptable.

The fire alarm went off at 11pm and continued to go off after we had been brought outside, despite the front desk employee telling us that our was just smoke from someone cooking. It didn't stop until almost midnight, and we weren't apologized to our offered any assistance or recompense for standing outside barefoot with our (now awake but very tired) kids. Otherwise everything was lovely and accommodating.

At check in I was told there was no availability. After driving over 10 hours, my family almost 3 hours; we finally got a room! In actuality it should have been FREE!!! The hotel’s clerk was extremely helpful and did his best to find us a room at another hotel.

We were very happy to find Townplace Suites in Chattanooga. We frequently travel up to see our kids there and this has been the best place we have found yet in terms of convenience, comfort and price. We have stayed several places downtown and that is great for location, but we can easily get to downtown in 10 minutes from Townplace and it was just better overall for our needs. It was also very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend it!
