Margaritaville Hotel Nashville

The valet and check in process was nice. We are a family of 4 that had our rooms put on 2 different floors. I didn’t love having my teenage daughters taking the elevator, with strangers, and little to know sign of hotel security, but the staff was great and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The staff was incredibly rude. A staff member flipped my child off in the elevator! Every question was met with a “no” answer and they seemed bothered to even be asked a question.

Everyone was so friendly, including front desk and pool staff. Our room was ready early and they also have us one hour later for check out. The rooms look brand new and are nicely appointed. Even thought there’s a lot of party goers given the area, we stayed as a family and were very happy.

The environment was family friendly and laid back. The staff was very accommodating.

Nice lobby hang out areas. Good restaurant downstairs with tasty food and friendly service. We were surprised that we were not able to order room service. However, the restaurant downstairs opened at 7am. Good AC, maybe a little too good. We called the front desk and they brought up two cozy blankets in no time at all. We were very impressed with all hotel employees including valet and pool attendant. Final word, the pool was packed with 21 in the evenings so we didn't get any family pool time until the morning... Despite this, my daughter is exclaiming at my side in this moment, "Margaritaville is the best!"

Excellent stay with my family for Springbreak. We highly recommend this hotel. So a great location if you want to go downtown close to everything.

The hotel was nice but our room was hot, it did not cool down at all. No microwave option for the room. We are a family of 4 and was given only 3 towels, had to wait 2 hrs to get an extra towel. Front Desk was not very helpful, did not offer any solution to issues. Valet was expensive $45/day.
