Our stay was for one evening to see a show. The staff at check-in were nice and accommodated my request to be on the same floor as family who arrived the day before. The rest of the staff were friendly and engaging. The room was clean. Overall, good stay

Pool was out of service so kids couldn't enjoy some leisure swimming. Hotel was clean an bodega was very convenient. Probably best breakfast sandwich in the city

Awesome location!!!! Easy attached parking garage, big enough for an SUV!!! Bar/restaurant attached! Games for the kids!!! Walking distance to Broadway! Stayed on the 15th floor AMAZING VIEW!!!!! Beautiful clean room!!! Overall we loved it and will be back!!!

Loved the hotel, amenities, and proximity to the area. We traveled with 2 children and loved everything. Will definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully make it back again.

Check in was the best.. we arrived a bit early. Clerk was able to check us in right away.. no need to wait!!! She was extra courteous.. amazingly helpful thus getting us off to a great start!!! Room was exceptional, layout nice, very spacious & view was the best ever.. slept like a baby

I've stayed at this hotel before, and chose it again for visiting family and location. Paid over a hundred more than previous stays per night. Booked 2 rooms for family. In both rooms the showers were completely dirty, black mildew everywhere. Towels and bedding were rough and hard. In one room, they had a drying fan blowing and the air return cover completely off. The room was not ready for a guest to stay in. In another room, the ceiling fan in the bathroom light was busted. I'm not sure if I'll be staying here againn for the price vs. Conditions

We loved our corner room with city view and the ease of walking everywhere. Everything was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here when in Nashville and recommend to friends and family.

Clean rooms. Very small outdoor pool and space. Good breakfast buffet with omelet bar that’s not included for adults but is free for kids less than 10.

There’s some good things and some not so great things. I’ll start off with the good to great things. The bed was great and the AC was great! It was 95 outside but nice and cold inside whic made sleeping awesome. Shower and bathroom was good. Overall room was good and so was the fridge. No issue parking but the fee was still high the bad was the ridiculous pool that I could both sides while in it. It should be labeled a kiddie pool. Location was not great as you felt isolated and far away. No restaurant on property was another bummer. If you want a room this is a good place. If you want amenities and location this is not it.
