We enjoyed our stay! The kids lived the pool. Walking distance from Broadway. There were quite a few homeless around, but didnt experience any problems. Room was clean and comfortable.

Took the kids to use the pool for a day. When we got to the pool there was a sign saying heater broken. It was essential a kid cold plunge. They were frozen! The hotel did not want to compensate us in anyway. Very disappointed.

Property was close to Broadway with hot breakfast free every morning. Huge negative was the whole reason we booked this hotel is there was an indoor pool for the kids in March to swim in but the pool heater was broke for the entire 3 day stay. Also 45/day for parking is egregious.

For 1 the Hyatt was overbooked, so we had to go to the holiday inn. The king bed was 2 full sized beds, there was a kids party somewhere beside us that kept us up till 2am, my bed felt like a spring was coming thru. The water pressure was horribleand the toilet was clogged. Never stay there

We were only able to stay a few hours as the hotel was having water issues. We wish we could have stayed in this clean, modern hotel with a beautiful pool. We are so thankful the hotel helped to find our family a new room at a new hotel and organized transition of payment. The front desk staff was incredibly gracious during a time of increased stress of moving multiple guests in a short amount of time. I hope we can stay here on a return trip to Nashville.

From arrival, to quick departure, this is not a safe block. The front seems industrial, amd newer looking, the back was full of some of the most agressive drug dealers and escort solitors I've seen. A person running the elevator late night offering questionable goods. Do not bring your children here. No security, yet a climate controlled parking garage for a high fee, the room was very nice, which is a testament more to the culture than the business. Employees looked like they just shut their mouth, or lose out on a job. The need for professional security inside and out of this building will have to be the key for short term at minimum. The police presence seemed to be without surprise, nor did it seem like law enforcement was able to do much. So sad.

Our family had an awesome time in the large king suite apt for our daughters bday celebration 🎉 and the hotel served our desired space well. The apt itself was awesome! Walls of windows and so very spacious. Clean & fresh feeling. Well worth the money spent for the weekend. Only issues were the downstairs restaurant has very average bar food & not quick service! And our 3 TV’s had bad batteries 🔋 but maintenance man was there fast to fix.. Front desk lady is not very nice! But would still stay again here.

The worst hotel I've ever been. Horrible staff and service. Everyone there seems to have an attitude. Our room had no towels and when we called to ask for some they told us to come down and get it. When I informed them that I was not able to since I could not leave my toddler alone and he was asleep, they raised their tone and insisted I come down. Two of the pillows were also very old and were rumpled up into a ball. They also did not have pillowcases on them. The next day, we came down to breakfast 30 minutes before it was over and most of the food were gone. When we asked the lady if she had any more of the french toast, she rudely told us that breakfast is closed soon so she does not want to make anymore. She had rolled her eyes while telling the same thing to another man who asked about refills on the milk and other food.

ALL Staff were amazing! It’s the perfect spot for families. We were in town for a concert.
