From the moment we pulled in with the very helpful valet staff, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful as well. The multiple bars and restaurants on site were convenient. We loved how close we were to everything, the outdoor pool was amazing, even though we had an issue with an employee yelling at my husband that the pool was closed, when my husband just spoke to the manager and he told him it was open, and there were people already in the pool. The manager apologized greatly, and even comped the food that we ordered. Our room was very clean and was perfect for our family. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will be back the next time we come to Nashville.

We traveled with our 3 children to Nashville for the Titans game. The hotel was super convenient, clean and comfortable. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Was not happy that there is ONLY valet parking available. When I asked if I could Pay for the valet but park my car myself. I was told the garage was full. Sorry. Not completely ready to give the keys of my week old 100k car to a 19 yr old kid.

Very clean and the size of the rooms were perfect for traveling with families. Very nice stay. Everything close and within balking distance to broadway. Parking is valet only and expensive. No other parking options are available. On check out we did wait 40 min for our car.

Our flight was delayed which was a bummer but the flight attendants and air stay got us right in when time ti take off and where wonderful to my children !

The hotel was beautiful, clean and I loved the decor and vibe of it! The free breakfast was delicious and they had a lot of great options. Pool area was a game changer to have! It’s only a few minutes walk to Broadway which was so convenient! I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family!
