There is no bathroom door and you can see through from beds to toilet/shower. Not a comfortable situation for my teenage child. Also, the hallways were a bit loud as did not seem to have good insulation.

Perfectly lovely common areas and room. Everyone is very nice a welcoming, from check in to bell staff to room service. Big pluses for how welcoming they are to fur babies: we brought our two dogs, and at check in they offered up bowls and beds and in fact we took them up on one bed (necessary as the floors are hardwood not carpet). The bed was so big we all wanted to be on it. Room service meal was excellent

Overrated! Took 3 visits to front desk to get crib in room. Room was dusty, common areas were unclean. Saturday night was chaotic as lounge on 19th floor is open to public clogging elevators, valet and common areas. I chose this hotel because with a baby I wanted convenience of a fairly high rated restaurant. After 3 visits to restaurant during stay, food was mediocre at best. I Cannot imagine going back with so many other great options nearby
