Radisson Hotel Nashville Airport

Loved the hotel overall. Very nice staff and lovely restaurant inside. Cute pool and weight room, so has all in one. My kids loved this hotel as well.

The hotel room was very clean, we especially appreciated the hard floors everywhere (no carpet!!). The only downside during our stay was that someone was playing extremely loud obnoxious music in the pool area, which made us not want to stay in there. Disappointing since the pool was the main thing my kids were looking forward to and I chose this hotel over others specifically for the indoor heated pool. Other than that everything was very good.

I enjoyed my stay here. We stayed in the king suite. It was nice to have the extra space especially with a small child. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Nashville. Lots of quick options for food nearby which was also a plus.

I booked the property for the 4th of July holiday travel and booked 1 king suite room as we had kids with us. However, when we went for check-in, they mentioned they are short-handed with housekeeping, and no suites are available. We need to take 2 queen bedrooms. My wife was very frustrated. The hotel never bothered to email or call us to inform us they are having difficulty and cannot give us our reserved room. As it was very late at night we thought we will take the room anyway as we were very tired of travel, as requested the front desk for a room close to the elevator. But the front desk gave us a room furthest from the elevator. We thought they will keep my small request but I think they wanted to be rude with me as I mentioned the way the changed the reservation. When we checked in in the room, we found out they have to hot water. So you can understand, it was the worst experience, for hotel check in I ever had.

The hotel was very clean, updated, and modern. The kids loved the pool. Very happy with our stay here.

We were in town for a funeral and wanted to stay close to our family members and the funeral location. Check is was easy, hotel staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Only two complaints, the shower water was barely luke warm. The weekend was super cold and after spending a few hours downtown, I really wanted a HOT shower to warm up. It never got hot, not that night or the whole time we were there. Maybe it's a safety concern for burns but it was barely warm. Only other complaint was we ate breakfast in the breakfast area and it took 45 minutes to get our food. Not sure if the kitchen was backed up with room service orders, because there were only 3 other people in the dining area, but 45 min is a long time for a couple of fried eggs and an omelet. The server was friendly though so that helped. Overall, I think we would stay there again if back the area.
