Great stay! Service was perfect, felt welcomed. Rooms are clean, beds comfy, excellent for out family trip.

We got in late on Christmas Day and came into a room where the bathroom was flooded and the shower was filthy. The bed comforter was stained and disgusting. On the two night stay my family an I had to take cold showers because there was no hot water.

Check in was easy and the gentleman was very nice to our tired family coming in. Everything was clean and smelled nice!

Rooms was not clean had poop on side of toilet. Will not stay there again. Was bad enough that my family slept in their clothes.

Very clean and family friendly.

Both the website and Hotels.com stated there was a restaurant and full bar onsite - which was a major deciding factor since I had family meeting me there. There was no restaurant and was informed of local restaurants down the street and nearby that required driving (not walking distance). The “so-called” bar only served beer or wine - had some liquor bottles behind the counter but they were not available for sale. There was a chalkboard food/drink menu and laminated menus spread across the counter but no such items were available. Needless to say, my family and I were VERY displeased with this establishment. Would NOT recommend to others unless you inquire first to see if the inconsistencies have been corrected/updated.

After a long travel day with a toddler and having our flight come in at 10:55pm, I was looking forward to the ease of the hotel shuttle picking us up and taking my family to our room. Unfortunately, that did not happen. This room was booked based on the hotels.com description stating the hotel shuttle did pickups till midnight. That is wrong and was notified of the REAL shuttle pick ups day of our trip, which only ran till 10:30pm. At the last minute we were scrambling on how we were going to get to our hotel and ultimately had to spend an extra $200 to pick up our rental car a day early due to needing a car seat. After waiting a while to get our rental (mind you I have a sleepy toddler with me), we finally arrive at the hotel. The hotel locks the doors at a specific time for safety, understandable. So we call the number provided for someone to let us in. The phone rang and rang with no one to pick up. We stood there waiting for 10 min till someone came to help us, but only after knocking very loudly on the windows and doors. The front desk worker seemed annoyed with us and was very rude checking us in. It was a very rough start to our trip and was grateful we were only staying one night.

Check in was quick but parking stunk. Trees were being removed and left in a bunch of parking spots throughout the day and night so parking was limited. I booked a larger room for a total of five (2 adults, 3 kids). I asked the front desk gentleman for a couple of extra blankets and his response was, “i can only give you one.” Ok, I wasn’t asking for all the blankets. Rude! Eventually he gave us 2 blankets (which was all i asked), but seriously, how rude!

Upon arrival to the hotel, the bathtub was dirty with hair and a ring around it. The shower was clogged and would not drain so we could not shower. We notified the front desk and were told it was nothing they could do that night. We called again the next morning and were told again it was nothing to do bc maintenance would not be there until 8am. We had a cheer competition and had to gone by 8:30am. It was horrible service along w our bathroom not being clean. We had a family and we’re forced to bathe in the sink due to them not fixing the shower issue. Our hair conditioner was also not working efficiently. It was hot the entire night with the hair conditioner consistently running. The breakfast was horrible and very poorly made. Overall had a horrible experience for my family to be traveling for an important event.

There was only one person at the front desk, who was manning the desk and the bar, so it took 30 minutes to even get checked in. There were 4 of us (me, husband, 2 kids), and we had gotten a king room with a sofa bed. While we were waiting, another guest came down and requested sheets and pillows for the pull out couch, so I asked for the same. When we both finally got the stuff, the hotel was out of pillows. So we paid $380 for a one night stay for four people in a hotel that didn't provide pillows for two of the guests in our room. Infuriating. We left too early this morning to be able to speak with a manager, but will be reaching out to one.
