Love love loved this property, the room was so cute, we had a sectional huge bed and my child loved the pool, very very nice place to stay and very affordable!!

Liked it was able to accommodate my large group sofa beds were a plus for kids

This was a pit stop for me in beginning and end of long vaca to national parks out west. May seem trivial but this is a 5 story facility but only had working ice machines on 1 and 5 floors! I first came on 6/2 going out and returned on 6/28 coming back and this same issue persists. I’m assuming this facility is family owned and operated by an Indian family. Ice is probably a luxury, not so much a necessity in India, but in America in June, customers expect to have ice. There should be at least one functioning ice machine per floor especially for a facility this large; anything less than that is unacceptable. Ideally, there should be a functioning machine at each end of each floor. In the summer, people tend to use motel ice machines to also fill their coolers. Having only 2 machines for a 5 story facility means once the machine is emptied, the remainder of customers is now without ice. This is a decent place to stay but it’s the little things that separate these places.

The staff were polite and professional upon our arrival. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. I don't allow my family to touch anything in a hotel room until I have cleaned and sanitized it...for our protection and for good reason. When we got to the room and I started cleaning I spotted what looked like dried fecal matter on the toilet handle. When I brought it to the attention of the guy at the front desk he asked me if I wanted him to clean it... I told him politely "YES" I should have not got a room in that condition. I then choked my family out with my Lysol fumes and Clorox wipes.

Great stay! Service was perfect, felt welcomed. Rooms are clean, beds comfy, excellent for out family trip.

We got in late on Christmas Day and came into a room where the bathroom was flooded and the shower was filthy. The bed comforter was stained and disgusting. On the two night stay my family an I had to take cold showers because there was no hot water.

Check in was easy and the gentleman was very nice to our tired family coming in. Everything was clean and smelled nice!

Rooms was not clean had poop on side of toilet. Will not stay there again. Was bad enough that my family slept in their clothes.

Both the website and Hotels.com stated there was a restaurant and full bar onsite - which was a major deciding factor since I had family meeting me there. There was no restaurant and was informed of local restaurants down the street and nearby that required driving (not walking distance). The “so-called” bar only served beer or wine - had some liquor bottles behind the counter but they were not available for sale. There was a chalkboard food/drink menu and laminated menus spread across the counter but no such items were available. Needless to say, my family and I were VERY displeased with this establishment. Would NOT recommend to others unless you inquire first to see if the inconsistencies have been corrected/updated.
