Great place with the family. Maybe it is not a great location but close to restaurants and convenience store

Whether was good but the cleanliness was wonderful also the comfortability of our stay was nothing less then amazing here. The staff was nothing less then great they were all very nice and friendly when we checking in and out and also during breakfast when the cook made us our omelettes. My family give our stay at the element a 9/10 we would’ve gave a perfect score but the parking at night was difficult especially after 10 at night most likely due to it being a holiday weekend

The hotel was really nice. But the first night they gave our room ro another family and the next day knocked on our door to ask if we were checking out. Turns out the system shut down or something. I received nothing for the inconveniences. Also the breakfast is is just ok. You may as well hit up one of the restaurants around the corner.

We had a few different reservation numbers. My entire family had three rooms over the week stay. One room was a week long and only was cleaned once. One room was for three nights and never cleaned. The last was for five nights and was not ever cleaned either. My son paid for his room on property and was refunded by the hotel for his stay. When you pay the money we paid each night, you expect new sheets and towels and bathrooms to be done each day. There were five of us in one room. I had take the garbage out of the room so it was not overflowing. I have never been to a hotel that did not have room cleaning every day, if staying more than one night. Not to mention the men’s lobby bathroom, one of the urinals was full of urine and would not drain. Staff was told. The bathroom should have been put out of order. This is a certain health violation not addressed. One morning at breakfast I asked for a rag and was washing down tables so people had a place to sit at clean tables. You are in definite need of some management help. You staff seemed very lazy. The cups were not filled at breakfast for coffee. I mentioned this to the front desk man and he said he would tell someone else. They were out of forks and still had a line over ten people long at the hot service line for breakfast. The menu in evening was supposed to be a restaurant, they only offered chicken wings. We booked this hotel due to it having an outdoor pool to enjoy. It was closed our ENTIRE visit.

Element staff and facility was most excellent. From the start of holding our families 2 bags of luggage prior to check in to providing us with a late check out. The rooms and common areas were very clean and modern. The pool area was exceptional as well.

Where have you been all my life....wonderful hotel for a family trip. The best part is the amount of space for the kids to play and the sofa so you're not stuck sitting in the bed the entire time. Definitely recommend 👌

The space and layout of the room was fantastic. Clean and functional. Perfect for our large family. Love having a fridge that size and a kitchen. Easy parking and easy in and out to our room. Our stay here was genuinely what we wish every hotel stay to be. Just stress free and easy.
