Best Western Plus Nashville Airport Hotel

Hotel was clean and location was perfect; airport transportation worked well for our early morning flight. Be sure to confirm times as they only run once an hour. Also there was a large group of kids staying at the hotel and the desk clerk commented that those groups get really loud and run around late at night often, which was quite concerning, but thankfully they weren’t on our floor. This hotel option was much cheaper than using the airport site.

This was a very clean hotel, everything was updated and looked great. The staff was very helpful and friendly, it was a great experience. The breakfast each morning was hot and good, quite a few options for kids as well. The indoor pool was a huge hit for our son, he loved it! The hotel was super close to Opry Mills, about a 5 minute drive and downtown was about 20 minutes with traffic. It’s very conveniently located to a lot of things. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn’t want to be right in downtown Nashville but still close to everything.

Unfortunately, my stay was hindered by a few situations. First off the toilet in our room did not have enough pressure to flush hardly at all but that was not the end of the world. As we were heading to bed my wife spotted a bed bug crawling across her pillow. We immediately got up, showered, and packed all of our things up and went to the lobby where the gentleman kindly offered us another room. At this point it was about midnight and really didn’t have faith that any other room was going to make a difference. We proceeded to sit on the lobby couch from about 11:45 to 4 am then took the first shuttle to the airport. The service that we had was not poor but the facilities and conditions will certainly have a very negative impact on my families traveling habits.

It would be great if breakfast was served until 10AM. Our family didn't get in until 1AM and 9AM was too early for us to be able to be ready for breakfast.

After driving from NYC to Nashville for almost 15 hours, with 2 kids, my family was relieved to find an available room and to be accommodated at 2am. We just wanted to find a clean and quiet place to shower and lay our heads down and we got that here. Staff were understanding and swiftly got us checked in. Definitely recommend for any road trippers passing through.

Staff was friendly. There were a lot of guests including a large group of kids, but I never heard anyone during the night. Staff was helpful.

There were strands of hair in my shower and bathroom. I cleaned it before use. No one came to clean my room during my stay and I didn’t leave the sign on the door not to. My mom stayed with me one night then left to stay with family and my sister stayed at the hotel in her place. The room should have been cleaned. It was a disturbance on the property and the police was called. Overall, just a place to lay our heads

This was a bad management ran place. Asked for clean towels for three days in a row nevertheless clean sheets on the third day .When I went down on the third day to agine to get clean towels I asked to please speak to a manager He told me to wait ten minutes becauase he was on the phone ok ....as I waited the head of housecleaning was talking to the front girl I saw her pointing over at me they went out front to smoke a cigarette when they came back in they called me to the desk she told me that my family all needed to leave the room so she could have one of her people empty the trash and put new towels in the room it was already 4pm we were out all day exploring Nashville and was going to rest & refresh some before dinner but before we finished or conversation the Manager came out and said that we just needed to leave Umm What?? All Because we wanted clean towels Omgosh ....I called Best weaterns Headquarters needless to say they were embarrassed and very sorry. I was thankfull to Expedia for getting us a room for the rest of our two week vacation at a very nice hotel next door and guess what I never once had to ask for clean towels, soap or clean sheets They freshened up our room daily as well as the whole hotel ! Every time we returned after exploring for the day the hotel would smell clean & fresh love it I'm only sorry I didnt book them from the beginning . So everyone beware of the Airport Best western plus In Nashville .

The stay was great. It’s my second time getting a room from this hotel and autumn has always been great with me and my child. Will keep coming back and recommend this place to anyone
