Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Franklin Cool Springs

Excellent location, facility looks clean, overall a good experience for a family of 4.

Comfort Suites has up’d their game. Very nice from interior of bldg to room. Clean, comfortable. Only neg observation about room is the bathroom vanity is set very high and out-curve of the vanity top which adds another 6” from edge to sink bowl was ackward for me as an adult female. If you are 5’9” or more, no problem leaning over the counter to brush your teeth. But for anyone who has little kids…this is so impractical. Your kid would have to sit up on the vanity to use the sink. I wish hotels would consider the age and height of all its patrons. As far as the area, we have stayed in the Galleria Cold Springs area before and purposely chose it again. Love that there is plenty of safe nice area to take a long morng walk. When we stayed before several yrs ago (diff hotel) I went for an after-dark run and never felt unsafe. . Brkfast was good/adequate (eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, waffle maker et al) but nothing necessarily exciting or unique. All staff we encountered were very nice.

We only slept overnight but it was a good rest. Staff was nice, breakfast was okay... the pool is hiding in the back, so you gotta find it. Other than that, it's a very kid friendly place.

Beds were uncomfortable and breakfast was not good. Rowdy group at the pool around two different families with small children. They were so loud there’s no way the front desk couldn’t hear them.

I had a horrible time. After flying for 8 hours, then driving for a half hour the front desk service man was horrible. He asked my mixed race 5 year old daughter where her dad was. It was 2 in the morning so of course she blank stared him in the face. I was really caught off guard by the question. Here we are trying to start our family vacation without her dad and it’s the first thing she’s greeted with in Nashville, Tennessee. The front desks name was Mark. 0/5 for tasteless.

Was a very nice place. We were there for a family funeral. There were 6 of us staying there.

This hotel felt clean, updated, and the staff was kind. My family and I would stay again.

The hotel was great, but there is some miscommunication at the front desk, as well as them often missing in action when you need them. The room is super clean, however, you have to request housekeeping. The first day we requested it when we were down for breakfast (9:30) and he said someone might be immediately upstairs. I told him that they couldn’t come in right away because our other son was still sleeping and he said “too late”. The next day we waited till we were leaving (10am) to run some errands to tell them that we needed housekeeping. That person said we were too late and that he would see what he could do. I find this unacceptable that we could be too late to tell them when they’re still on the floor cleaning, or that they would walk in on us if we were still there. In fact, the one day housekeeping did walk in on us, while we were still in the room, and had the do not disturb on the door. The front desk also seems to be missing in action anytime you needed them. Many times we would go downstairs and nobody was there. At check out, there were three families waiting to check out and the first one said they’d already been waiting five minutes. The hotel is great, they just need to get the front desk to be there, and be on the same page with communication.

Lovely hotel clean, quiet, comfortable beds, and a pretty good breakfast selection. The only thing I was disappointed with was the pool area wet (water dripping from ceiling) and extremely hot and humid. That being said, myself and my family will be back next time we are in Nashville.

Super friendly staff, and super clean! I travel for work and stay in a lot of hotels and this is by far in my top 5! This is a family trip, we usually stop in Franklin as it’s a half way point and we will definitely be back!
