Everything about this conveniently located hotel was exceptional! We enjoyed staying there very much and highly recommend it. The staff was great and treated us like family. The pool was a big plus for me. It was quiet, pristine, and relaxing. The breakfast was nice as well. We travel frequently and this was the best hotel all around we have stayed in anywhere!

We stayed overnight on our way to Gulf Shores. We were thrilled with our room and swam in the pool. It was clean and the kids had fun. Nice breakfast. Would recommend

The staff was very welcoming and our room was a good size—comfortable bed. Room was quiet and towels were fluffy! Hotel is well located and provides walking access to restaurants and a quick drive to the mall. Breakfast service was lacking the first day. Fruit and yogurt bowls were empty; kids had dropped cereal all over the floor; coffee was spilled causing a hazard. More attention could be paid to this service. It’s a perfect hotel for families with the pool and food.

Weekend we stayed ,had a baseball tournament in area and kids were running up and down halls, playing in fire exits, talking loud and making noise late in evening with no parental guidance.

Very quiet rooms. Even near elevator and ice machines were not noisy. Nice, spacious, clean. Next time I'll bring a nightlight since rooms are quite dark. A shuttle would have been nice, but we walked or took Uber. Friendly, helpful staff. Could use a towel rack or two. Tub was slippery so we asked for a mat. Would recommend this place for family or business. Good breakfast spread is a plus!

The lack of USB or outlets is a challenge. Beds were okay. Appreciate the extra room and sofa pull out for our family of 5. We did not have an ice machine on our floor. Breakfast was really nice. Lots of options. The only thing missing was flavored creamer.

We only stayed for one night as a family of 4. The room was clean and front staff and breakfast staff were nice. We loved the noon time check out.

The most disappointing part was that at 2:30 we were told our room wasn’t ready. Check in wasn’t until 3pm. So I said that was fine we would wait in the parking lot. We had to wait in the parking lot in the minivan with 4 kids for 2 hours until we could get into our room. For our patience we were offered free bottled water. You have to deliver on what you guarantee your customers. If check in is at 3 you need to have the room ready or make right with the customer!!!!!

Check in was easy. The pack and play for our baby was set up in the room and ready for us when we arrived. The lady who checked us in was so kind and welcoming!
