Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Franklin Cool Springs

I would have given this hotel 5 stars BUT the ONLY reason I booked this hotel was for the pool. Myself and another person in our party called before booking and again the day before our stay to make sure the pool would be open and we were assured it would be. It was not. We weren’t offered anything for the inconvenience either. Luckily another hotel in the area was kind enough to let us come over with our 4 broken hearted kids so they could swim. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. Comfy beds, clean, and the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.

This was a very nice, well kept property. Staff was friendly. Could use a larger pool for children to swim.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so close to the shopping centers and dining. The employees were really nice and my kids loved the breakfast. It was really nice that the hotel offered gluten free options so my husband was able to eat with us as well

Teresa at the breakfast area. And John in reception. The team was very helpful to our kids. The second time we used this hotel, it only got better than the first time. We go at least twice yearly due to soccer games and will keep using it.

Very nice stay for family trip to Nashville. Nice area with several restaurants and shopping close by.

Brandon @ the front desk is by far the rudest person I’ve ever met! He seemed way to busy with his gossip to check me in, then argued with me about whether I had a reservation. You probably can’t type my name in right because of all the eye rolling. He argued with other customers all night. Yelled at my kids for asking him a question about food they wanted to buy. Pool was slimy and smelly. No thank you.

The property was nice. My only complaint is the number of kids running around from a large group. The children were running up and down the stairs in the lobby. Their shoes and flip flops greeted me and every other customer at the lobby door, they left the lobby in a mess with chairs all over the place. Some of the young kids were playing on the elevator with no supervision.

Very nice and clean. The only think I would suggest is the floors between the levels be more sound prove. Lot's of kid's running up and down the halls, but overall very nice.
