The A/C in room was not working when we returned from dinner. Front desk person had no help and was very busy with a lot of things going on in the hotel. Finally around 1:00am, we were able to change rooms as the A/C was not fixed. Front desk person was very polite and said they would compensate us for the trouble. That never happened. There was too much going on in the hotel that night (arrests, people checking in to occupied rooms) in addition to kids knocking on doors until past 12pm.

I stayed there with my family over the weekend. The hotel staff was very nice and the room was clean. We were very impressed with the breakfast they offered. There was a little bit of everything. Very Nice!! Check out was nice and easy. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel right off the freeway. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of choices. Pool area was clean and nicely maintained. Great choice for families!

We stayed at 3 different hotels during our family vacation and this one was the best by far. The breakfast was always delicious abs they people always friendly. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels.

It was a last night on vacation so we picked this hotel. It was very comfortable. It had a full kitchen with a full refrigerator. It had a beautiful outside pool overlooking a lake. The breakfast is pretty good also, lots of varieties for all different. kind of diets they do not have the fruit I was looking for, but overall, it was a wonderful comfortable day. Very good for family.
