Came into town for a family wedding, got to the hotel pretty late and the gal behind the desk was very polite and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was also very clean. We were on the 1st floor, kinda considered it may be noisy, but I was wrong! Slept well. Definitely will be staying again.

We were in town for family and this was a nice easy to get around location. For the price this was surprisingly comfortable and quiet. Near lots of restaurants and Dairy Queen too.

Booked two rooms with family. Received rooms in opposite buildings. Our room smelled like smoke even though it is supposed to be non smoking hotel. Asked for different room and after some talk we were given room next to our family. Don’t understand why we couldn’t get it in the first place since we booked 2 rooms and were told that they are full. Found out one of the beds in new room has blood or some brown stuff on sheets. Had to call yet again to fix that. Breakfast comes in the bag and they can cook fresh food for small fee, but the the cook wasn’t even in the building in the morning, so many people were turned away. The hotel has no elevator. Place is run down. Convenient to highway. Receptionists were both nice, but wouldn’t stay again because of other issues.

They charge $5 for a parking fee. There is no elevator and no continental breakfast. Service was slow and the clerk wasn’t very friendly at checking in or out. We were late arrivals and there was a group of kids in the area between the hotel and the building next door making a lot of noise. So our room was not quite for some time. The room was clean with the exception of the wall mirror. It was desperately in need of windex. We would not stay at this hotel again.

Very convenient location. I do believe the parking fee and credit card hold is a little odd and is a way for the hotel to mask the true cost of room. Nice pool area. Not sure what the use of having a 10pm pool closure when a shrill child is screaming at the pool until 11:30. the pool facing patio was a positive until that moment. The mom sitting on her cell phone while her kid was shrieking was likely the real problem

Rooms/bathrooms are very dated. Lobby was nice but coffee was always empty, no creamer, the starbucks kiosk was never open either. I booked our reservation in January, I was called on the way to the hotel (6-hour drive) to be told they were overbooked, and they did not have any 2 queen bedrooms available. When arriving to the hotel the clerk was upset and seemed frustrated that I was unwilling to have our family of 4 stay in a room with only 1 king bed. Great location but overpriced for the accommodations. I would not stay at the location again unless it was my only option.

Everything was great! I do wish there had been breakfast since I have kids it would have been nice to have instead of having to go out. Also the Starbucks area wasn’t open and I was sad about that :(
