Stayed the first night and when I went to the bathroom the next morning there were bugs in the bathroom. No curtains in the room just a pull down shade the didn't close all the way. Ice bucket lid was dirty. The front desk moved us to another room for the next night. Didn't see any bugs. Room was same size but had second chair for someone to sit in which was nice. Had curtains that closed all the way. House keeping could have done a better job. A family on the same floor let a couple of their young kids run around the hotel unaccompanied and they made lots of noise running down the halls.

I don’t understand why we couldn’t be on the same floor. Instead with kids we were on first and fourth.

This was the last leg of our trip from Florida. I had requested 1st floor as I just had hip surgery. When we checked in they had to moved us to the 4th floor (an upgrade no charge) As the the 1st and 2nd floors were taken due to the MANY teenage girls and boys. We could not enjoy the pool as there were ALOT of kids (end to end). The bed was extremely uncomfortable, they need new beds. I didn’t sleep at all, between the noise and the bed, my husband and I couldn’t wait to check out. We tried to eat the breakfast but again over abundance of kids. The coffee was lousy.

We stayed a weekend for a family get away. Check in was easy. Location is nice! The room was clean. The breakfast was plentiful and great! The pool was cold which was the only negative. Enjoyed the Dove products in the bathroom.

The hotel was comfortable. We had 2 issues. First we were there for 3 nights and received no housekeeping even though we asked the front desk to ensure our trash was emptied (it was running over) and requested replacement towels. We were out for several hours and did not have our do not disturb on the door. I saw a maid cleaning and asked her if she could empty our trash and replace towels. She had an attitude saying that we had do not disturb on our door which we took off early when we left the hotel. She came in and serviced the room and appologized. We were on the 3rd floor and directky above us there were several kids stomping around after 11 pm. We called the front desk twice and that finally stopped byt the same thing our last night but we just gave up on the noise.

My husband and I with our 2 kids stayed here on our way from Gatlinburg to spend a couple of days in Chattanooga to see Ruby Falls and Rock City. This location was perfect for those that does not want to stay in the mountain but right next to everything. Everything was within 5 miles of the hotel.

The location was nice. The room seemed nice and clean. The bathroom did not seem clean. There was no fan in our bathroom. The toilet ran the entire time and there was very little plumbing pressure. So little that my entire family had to use the pool restroom the next morning before we left for a 7 seven hour drive.

The staff were all so pleasant and professional, specifically Eden at the front desk. She was very helpful in several different aspects. There was also a young man that worked to supply the breakfast every morning we were there. He did an excellent job and stayed on top of things. We came back to freshly made beds and clean linens every night. That made a huge difference having three small kids with us. Only negative issue I had was that the mattresses needed to be replaced in our room. They are saggy and misshapen and caused some discomfort while sleeping. Other than that, our stay was great!

My family and I loved staying at Holiday Inn Chattanooga-Lookout Mtn! We were immediately greeted and check in went smoothly. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The ONLY thing I noticed that could have been better is the sheets/pillowcases had a few hairs on them from previous guests.
