Over all stay was not bad. Stayed 1 night while visiting the area. My family and I checked in late around 10 pm. Night clerk was not at the desk when we arrived. I had to was over 15 minutes for her to finally come from the back room, during which time another person entered trying to get a room. When the clerk finally came out she was short and rude with me. Just asked me reason for staying there my name on the reservations and then tossed the room key down on the counter with out saying another word. I have stayed in numerous hotels in past and have never experienced a clerk this rude before.

My family and I stayed here one night. Pretty clean, good variety for breakfast and pool was warm. Overall, a great stay just pricey.

Having three kids , the indoor pool was a great! It was a little small but it got the job done . Breakfast included was amazing help and the staff was very helpful . Located on top of a mountain and the views were so pretty.

Went to Tennessee to take family back home, stayed at fair field check in was a breeze all the staff was great, housekeeping was awesome and everyone so friendly

We were disappointed with our stay at the property over the holiday weekend. Upon check in we noticed that our room hadn’t been cleaned properly after the last guest. There was a used cup left on the nightstand, and items in the refrigerator. We notified the front desk the following day and she made a note but no effort to resolve it or an apology for the oversight. The breakfast area was not restocked properly and on Christmas Day when nothing is really open outside the hotel, they closed breakfast early and had very little available for guests. Overall would probably not stay here again, or recommend to family.

The reviews that were written along with how close this was to where our kid was for a soccer camp made us choose this place. Check in was quick and simple. The room was really clean and just perfect for what we needed. It was only 10 minutes from downtown. It was extremely quiet. The breakfast buffet was really good and well maintained. I think my only complaint was the music was a bit loud in the lobby in the late afternoon and early evening. Front desk was helpful when we needed some soap and batteries for our tv remote. As said in the title, stay here and you will not be disappointed!

My family of 4 stayed for one night. Check in and out were a breeze. We had a comfortable stay. We were able to utilize the pool, too. Guy at service desk was very helpful with supplying towels just before we left the pool. The breakfast buffet was amazing and kept really clean. I did not get the lady's name, but I think she did an awesome job keeping the food supplied and the everything clean. We will definitely come back and keep using their rooms and service.

Very clean hotel! The pool seemed a little dirty but didn’t stop my kids from swimming. Basic breakfast like any other hotel, but still good. If you are a light sleeper, you may be waken up multiple times throughout the night from the train that passes through. Overall, I would definitely stop here again.
