Springhill Suites Nashville Brentwood

We stayed at the hotel for our vacation trip with our kids, front desk staff was very friendly, check in was a breeze, our room was very clean and beds were comfy. Their breakfast bar was amazing with many choices, I would stay in this hotel again if traveling.

The room was nice, staff were friendly. Unfortunately, we came for a family vacation and the pool was closed for cleaning when we wanted to use it.

Nice hotel in a nice area. Suite was nice for our family of four. Kids enjoyed the pool. Good breakfast.

There was not enough staff for this hotel. There was only one person checking people in, and bless her heart, she was about in tears by the end of the night. Manager was no where to be found. We weren’t able to get into our rooms because the doors were not responding to the keys… multiple guest had this issue. It took too long to fix the problem so we had to pack our things back into our car because we had an event to go to. Upon returning and trying to get my kids to bed there was not proper bedding for the pull out bed. Called down to get two sets of sheets, two blankets, and two pillows and was told there was not house keeping at the hotel. I’d need to come down to the front desk to pick up items. Not a huge deal but annoying with 4 kids and previous key issue and for $250 a night I’d expect better service. Definitely won’t be staying here again

The hotel was not family friendly at all and the franchise owners even forced a group of young boys across the street to play corn hole, claiming they could not play anywhere on the grounds. Police were present twice in the 3 nights we stayed wearing gloves making everyone uncomfortable not knowing what was happening. They only had 2 washing machines and hosted a boys baseball tournamnet, which was definately not enough. Breakfast did not even start until after the boys had to leave for the day. Overall, the experience was one of the worst we have experienced.

Really nice! We were able to get adjoining rooms for our family of 6(which was great), clean spacious rooms and they had a good breakfast.

Staff went above and beyond to make our large family comfortable for the night!

It was a rough stay. First, we weren't treated very kindly when we walked in with a team. We put online how old every person in our group was, and immediately we had to fill out more things like we had a bunch of kids! Most kids in our party were over 16 and on the site it states that as an adult. Then our floor smelled so strongly of pot that it was hard to breathe. So they want us to keep our group under control and all worried about us, but they aren't keeping anyone else under control? Our room was covered in ants and flying insects. Another room that was in our party had a leak in their room and when they asked for towels to clean it up they were told they would have to come down and get them and nothing was done about the leak. They do not have any vending machines on the site at all! Only a little marketplace that barely has anything to offer. The bar was supposed to open at 5:30 and didn't open until after 6. I hate to say all negative things, but it was quite disappointing when we spent $500 per room to stay there!

Bedding was comfortable. Room was large. Bathroom huge! 2 mirrors. Smaller mirror above the sink was lit and a closer view fir make- up. There was hair from a previous customer on the floor in the bathroom. My kids found a tooth in the trundle. I shared the info with staff the next morning. Clerk added marriot points to my account. Iatually was looking to be sure the staff knew we used the trundle and cleaned it after us.

Absolutely ridiculous Interactions with the front desk staff. After I called down for linen & bedding for the pull out bed& couch, they delivered one sheet and 4 pillow cases. I went down to the front desk to return the 4 unnecessary pillow cases (not even 4 pillows in room to use) And was told they brought me the last comforter & there was no extra comforters or blankets for the pull out bed for my kids, he also basically called me a liar and said “I don’t know what you did with the one we delivered.” It was so ridiculous like I want to play games here when I’m trying to get my kids settled for the night before a big soccer tournament game. I had to pull off bedding from the king bed so kids would have a blanket. Also they advertise bar and restaurant which were closed for the weekend apparently. In addition, I had to notify them to restock pool towels in the pool area and was delivered 2 pool towels and about 4 hand towels for the dozen people in the pool area. What a poorly ran/managed hotel. Will definitely not be returning EVER!
