Hyatt Place Nashville Brentwood

First off, the hotel charge was about $25 more than I booked for on hotels.com. Not a big deal but just feel like it’s kinda sneaky or misleading. The stay wasn’t bad, average is best described. The room wasn’t very clean tho, the carpet was sticky around the bed like maybe a drink had been spilled. Noticeable areas in the bathroom and around the vanity that were just wiped over, so the evident effort was very minimal. Crumbs still in the sheets so i doubt they were changed. When I rent a king suite, at very least I expect not to have to sleep in my clothes I wore in just to feel a little more cleanliness comfort. The breakfast seemed like it could be ok, but we were deterred from the other guests children running rampant and fingering all the food. Maybe some rules by the hotel to be enforced for unaccompanied children. I’ll just say I would have blistered my kids hindends if they acted that way and they know better. Not the hotels problem but I feel like the staff should speak up when it’s that rowdy and chaotic.

We had a very nice stay here. The room was plenty big for our two adults and four children and they greatly enjoyed the pool. I was however not happy with the "parking fee" I'm paying to stay at your hotel and I'm getting charged to park there?

We were very impressed!! We had originally booked our stay with Comfort Suites but when we arrived close to midnight after a 9 hour drive with children we noticed their AC was not working properly or at all. The elevator and phone system was broken, the room they offered was on the third floor. I am a senior with heart issues, arthritis, prosthetic hip and lower leg ankle. So we scrambled to find somewhere to stay last minute. The Hyatt Place was very professional, kind, welcoming and provided us with a lovely 6th floor room, great view, great a/c and phone system that works just fine. The breakfast is extraordinary. Now, wherever I go I will look for a Hyatt Place first. Such a truly fabulous experience !! Thank you!!

It’s a very nice hotel with a modern, updated and clean feel. They also have a great breakfast spread. My family and I were only there for one night and didn’t get experience everything, but I’d happily stay there again.

Convenient access to expressway, shopping and 20min from Nashville. The suite with 2 beds and pull out couch was larger than expected. Our family with 3 grown teens had room to move around.

We had a room with a pullout couch, and the hotel did not have enough linens for our children. They said that they were full and out of pillows and blankets.

Clean hotel but terrifying experience with the staff. At around 8am the manager and another staff member awoke our family claiming their system did not show any guest registered to the room we were in. We checked in the night prior and had fully paid. $8 for parking was also something never seen at another Hyatt hotel before.

Great vale for excellent stay! Definitely recommend for a family or couple that need a little extra space. It feels like an apartment for the cost. Comfortable, quiet and restful.

Stay out of this place! After 102 hrs driving checked in at 10:30pm clerk didnt disclose the ongoing boiler problem plus paid parking until we took kids to room only to find out thats only cold water coming from faucetts i prfer 11/2 price of any hotel than this all the shampoo ,bodywash dispensers were empty just used reg soap bar NEVER AGAIN!!!!
