Lobby floor torn up for repairs. I was placed on the second floor in front of the elevator and next to a chaotic room with several kids who continuously run around their room, shouting. Restaurant was closed for the day and there are not any food options close by. Jessica at the front at least tried to quiet the noisy room, but this was all in all an extremely disappointing stay. Will book at the Hilton across the street next month when I return.

Very friendly staff!! Place was in renovation process wish we knew ahead of time.. place smell very musty like humidity. The room we were staying in was not finished.. as floor was not completely finish.. the room next to us had kids that we’re screaming all night did not get any sleep.

My family always stops here every Summer bc it’s our 1/2 way mark. Always was a great stop until this trip. They are remodeling and being bought by Choice Hoteks the girl said. The pillows are like throw pillows, just small square pillows none were full size, no latch on above the lock on the door, showers we had to cup the small amount of water running out to take our shower bc there was zero pressure and you could barely get enough water to rinse your hair. Water pressure at the sinks was fine just not the shower. The hotel room we were in was missing trim etc. so sad that it was our favorite stop but we will not go back. The remodel does look like nicer and more up to date but they skimped on more important things.

Very good hotel for the price, there is no complaint, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We were a group of 11 people with children and everything was very good.

Property was solid for the price I had a family of four with two children got the room with two queen beds and the pull out couch. Only real issue was the bathroom was not in great shape shower barely worked had water coming out the shower head and the bottom spout at the same time looked very in need of a remodel.

Staff was friendly and professional. Great first impression. Our room seemed very clean and had everything we expected. We were happy with the breakfast. We do know that Nashville is now a ludicrously expensive place but this type of hotel room in a out of the way area should cost less. I didn’t appreciate the $50 hold on top of the expense of the hotel room. Although, we were informed of the hold we thought it would be removed immediately at check out. Or at least soon after the room had been checked. The money was held for 3 days which was an inconvenience and unnecessary stressor for our family.

Everything was pretty good overall. The breakfast is nothing special, eggs were watery and bacon very chewy. Our neighbors were very loud and cussing at their kids a lot. That was both frustrating and sad. Good value for the price.

No complaints about this stay. The hotel staff were spectacular. Friendly, smiling, started a conversation with us as if we were family and making sure we were comfortable. My son and I had a late dinner in the cafe and Lisa Linn was just as wonderful. I wish i knew the young man's name who checked us in. Both he and Lisa Linn were genuinely caring people.
