When we arrived the AC in the room was a bit warm. We thought it was a standard thing in unoccupied rooms. We turned it down and left for a few hours. When we returned it was warmer than when we left. We call the staff and they responded quickly and moved us to a different room. The new room was nice and cool. But every time we flushed the toilet the water would continue to run until we forced it off in the topper. We called again and it was resolved quickly. That is when we noticed the shower took about an hour to drain after the kids took a bath. I didn't even call about this issue.

Business and pleasure trip to work and see family. Older property but still very nice. Clean, comfortable. Excellent staff.
