Hilton Knoxville Airport

Staff was amazingly friendly and were eager to make sure we were comfortable- Property is nice and well maintained. We had a young child with us and they gave us a room overlooking the airport so we could watch the planes take off. Definitely recommend

My Grandson loved the pool - check in & room service were quick and staff super friendly and helpful. Overall great stay - would absolutely stay again. This hotel is right next to departure gate so parking is a pain of you are traveling solo with children.

Walls way too thin Was woken up at 3 AM buy a screaming child and the parents decided to put the TV on full blast till at least 4 AM. Needless to say I did not get any sleep for the rest of the night and had to be up by 6 AM.

Very nice service. So convenient as it was a short walk to the airport. Beautiful pool. Our experience was ruined by one kid throwing up in the hot tub! The beds were so comfortable and we watched the airplanes take off-like a private show from our giant window. Awesome 👌

The service at the Hilton was great. We did a stay-cation with our three little ones. They loved the pool area and breakfast. We had a slight issue in one of the rooms (we had two lock off rooms) and a gentleman at the front desk (I believe Mark or Matt? I struggle with names) went above and beyond to fix it and communicate with us. We really appreciated this. This hotel may be the main place we choose to do stay-cations in Knoxville. We have visited a lot of different hotels in the area and this one was great.

Hotels.com did not accurately describe the room. We thought we were going to have a one bedroom but that was not the case. After driving over ten hours with two small children we arrived at the hotel only to find out that the room was not what we had booked. That is Hotels.com's fault. The hotel front desk was not very helpful. When I told them this wasn't what was booked their response was basically "too bad for you, then." We ended up having to purchase the adjoining room. They gave a small discount but they were otherwise unsympathetic. We had to suggest the adjoining room. They did not offer any helpful suggestions to accommodate us. The rooms were kind of dingy and dirty. The traffic and parking were a nightmare. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The only good thing about our stay was the executive level breakfast. It was decent for a free breakfast and the lady was really friendly and helpful. She is the only reason I'm giving the service a rating of three. I would not stay there again.
