Overall great! It's only 2 years old (as of Dec 2022) so it should be clean, and it is. Breakfast is better than average (Gluten Free Bagel was a huge win for Celiac in the family) 5/5 stay - only knocked them on "environmental" because there is no recycling bins. That's just this area of TN though. We loved the fake fire in the picture (it's a cool vapor that backlit - fun to watch, no risk of anyone getting hurt - great idea! Kids loved they could touch it - I loved that they couldn't get hurt - brilliant). Great coffee all day (WHY is that so hard at other hotels? Make coffee... have hot water for tea - all day). Great location - RIGHT nextdoor to a big Food City! Safe area - This is where we are staying when we visit family in the area from now on. Best hotel/price in the vicinity.
