It was very dark in the pool area and the kids were scared to stay in the area. This was at 9 pm and pool was open until midnight

Bathroom lighting had annoying buzzing, vanity sink faucet installation was too close to edge causing counter top to be constantly wet. Water pressure was weak and hot water was only warm. The chair in the room was creaky and wobbly. On the other hand the staff were all exceptional. Professional and very polite, felt like family. The breakfast room was very enjoyable, great cup of coffee. Access to the hotel was easy with plenty of parking. I would come back again, thanks to all the staff.

We booked on line and had no idea what we would find. We were thrilled!! We were there to pick family up at airport and it was the perfect location!

Clean in the most important places but not the edges. Bed and bathroom are not family friendly heights. Hot tub was broken with no signs of it being fixed. Called front desk and reported my tv not working; they never sent someone to fix it as promised but luckily I figured it out after switching the cable inputs and the tv input….. Doors are thin and rattle so no chance of sleeping past 6am. Breakfast was and odd selection/ presentation of foods…. Unlabeled, mislabeled, and limited. Definitely not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. And if I had to I would stay again, but I’ll seek out a different hotel first

The room was clean and the environment wasn't bad. It was a short family trip. The only complaint is that the treadmill in the guym didn't work and the Pancake maker was so slow 😑. Good place to stay for a short while!
