Holiday Inn Express Knoxville-Clinton, an IHG Hotel

Very clean, quiet and great with families. Offered a sit down breakfast that was excellent.great spot off the highway.

The gentleman that helped us at the front desk was a pleasure to work with and made our stay better by providing us a room to fit our family of 6.

This is our third time staying here while visiting family. The hotel is always clean and the staff are courteous and kind. The rooms are extra spacious, and all King Beds on the property.

This was our second time staying at this property, for our family vacation and both times was extraordinary. The staff welcome was very warm and inviting. They took care of us by upgrading our accommodations hassle free. The breakfast was fabulous, lots' a variety. We had pancake, omelets, butter biscuits, cinnamon buns, cold and warm cereal and much more. Our rooms was extremely clean and smelled beautiful. We will definitely stay here again and we recommend the Holiday Inn Express. Tennessee "You Rock"!

We stayed one night and it was horrific. I don’t know how this hotel has a good rating with Expedia and terrible reviews on Google. The bathroom was filthy. There was a used washcloth and towel hung over the shower curtain when we arrived...from the previous people. The bathroom floor was covered in hair. The soap in the bathroom was afixed to the wall far from the sink and too high for my kids to reach it. At night there was some electrical sounding noise intermittently. And to top it off, we were startled awake in the early morning to a horrific fire alarm...Then all kinds of sirens. My husband had to inquire at the desk because they didn't let us know what was going on. When we complained about all of this to the guy at the desk he said we booked through Expedia and we should contact Expedia to get out money back. Zero help. But he did agree we had valid issues. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at frankly.

Nice and easy off I-75. Comfy beds. Pool indoor- outdoor fun for kids. Clean. Updated. Nice relaxing outdoor area to rest. Great free breakfast in am.

Check in was quick and easy. Clean, spacious room for my family. The Dove products were a nice touch.

We were greeted by a friendly staff, had a super comfy room (sheets, pillows, blankets all soft & comfy). 2 king beds PLUS a pull-out sofa make our stay with a family of 5 perfect! The room was clean and quiet even tho we were right by the elevator. The Keurig in the room was an upgrade to the usual plastic "cup o java" in most rooms...we were thankful! Easy on and off the freeway location and close to Dunkin was a plus since we slept in and missed the free hot breakfast buffet! We will book again for sure!

We really enjoyed this hotel! They were friendly and even gave us a cot for the room to help accommodate our family of 6. The beds were comfortable after a long day of traveling. The breakfast was good and the attendant did a great job of keeping things up. We would definitely stay here again!

I really liked how convenient the location was to many restaurants and easy access to the major highway. Patrick, the Manager was absolutely amazing to me and my family during our stay. In fact all of the hotel staff were very nice and accommodating.
