The suite is a nice option but several cabinet and closet doors were broken as well as a lamp, and the room had no direct air they put a vent fan in the wall to suck it in from the living room area, the kids were freezing on the double pull out and we were way too warm in the bedroom. Also the elevator door struggled to open and close. Bright sides, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the dining area was clean, nice outdoor seating

The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to stay at a hotel that accommodated 2 adults and 4 children in a room. Breakfast was good, coffee was excellent!

Very comfortable stay for a family of 5! Not perfect but no where is. They could do with a few more breakfast options, especially of the healthy variety for adults. The hotel was a perfect base for exploring the city.

I reserved - months ago - a 1 bedroom king suite for my family. The whole reason I picked this hotel was because of that room with the bedroom that had a door to close it off from the rest of the suite. Upon arrival, I was notified that room was not available because it was "falling apart". We were offered a normal room with 1 queen bed instead. I am very dissatisfied and mad that I was not called ahead of time and informed of this. I should have been given the opportunity to cancel without penalty since the room I very specifically wanted and booked was unavailable. I even checked in online ahead of time and got a text saying the room was ready. Unbelievable.

When we showed up, we had no room because they were overbooked. They sent us to another hotel that they setup, with half the room in which our family could not fit. We ended up not having anywhere to stay on our daughter's 15th birthday.

The hotel air was not working in the hallways and entryway so pretty warm and had a smell throughout. The beds were not comfortable but room was good size for our family of 4. The breakfast foods were not replenished well. The pool was not in service when we stayed which was a big reason why we chose this hotel and were not notified of this prior to check-in or at check-in.
